Elias and Miz might not be machines Honestly I'd say these days Miz is one of the best in the company in the ring. The guy's always been a great seller but he's really learned to pick up the pace in the ring the past couple of years, especially since he started integrating some of Bryan's moveset into his own since it helps in giving him some big spots and extra ways to transition things, and his character work is top notch. I consider Miz's matches to be among the most consistently good in the company these days.

Also the new chamber looks like it doesn't hurt at all, which I guess I understand, but it really kills off a lot of what made the match special

Miz is good, but as far as being able to power through something really fast paced and crazy he's not really at that level in his ring work. Not that he really has to be, but I wouldn't have pinned my hopes for some crazy shit on Miz, who is a fine hand he's just not really one to wow the crowd with some amazing sequences.

One of my biggest gripes was how they eliminated the only two heels first. And they're the two heels that draw actual heat. You'd figure they would have some teases of Elias or Miz eliminating Braun or Balor. Imagine if Miz or Elias managed to hit Braun with a weapon or low blow and sneakily eliminate him. Mega heat, and Braun doesn't have to take the pin when Roman inevitably wins.

I thought it was pretty good once Miz climbed the pod and Braun threw him off but leading up to that it was boring and stupid. The spot where Miz is surveying the crowd to see who he should give a DDT to the neatly kneeling opponents was the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a match. His DDT is not iconic, this is something a face might do (the way he engaged the crowd) and guys who kick out of multiple finishes were stunned for a minute off weak offense (I think indestructible Roman had taken like one move before the set up). These multi-man matches make no sense. No-sell finishers but standard offense leaves you out of it for minutes at a time until your next spot. Whatever happened to going through the motions of a brawl away from the centre of the ring where the main action is happening? It can work if the actions fast enough to stop you questioning it or if the rule of cool applies but neither of those applied in this case.
