I've gotta tell ya, I think a serious case could be made for the 2-2-1998 Raw. Watched it the other day and it is just agonizingly dull - opens with a not very good Cactus Jack vs. Chainsaw Charlie match for no reason where DDTing your buddy on the floor is cool but hitting him with a trash can is cause for hesitation, for some reason, and then the Outlaws throw them in a dumpster and throw it off the stage and then just over and over and over and over and over and over and over they replay it and talk about it and show people attending to them and offer status updates and...
Yeah, to be honest I legitimately fell asleep watching that show after awhile. Just an incredibly boring two hours of television.

I remember that trash can thing live on air. Its always been iconic to me. There was an article in Raw magazine about it too.

That one's definitely up there, though at least it had the brief dip into infuriating with the pretty good Cena / Miz match with an absolutely idiotic ending where the referee DQed Miz without actually bothering to check a replay to confirm he'd cheated.

December to Dismember 2006 was ungodly boring for most of its runtime.
One of the Battlegrounds, maybe?

WrestleMania 25.
Yes, I did hate Undertaker/HBK. And everything else felt utterly flat. I haven't bothered to rewatch it.

How was the rest of the show with the Trump/Rosie match?

Smackdown Live for the last few months has been dreadfully boring.
I also found some of the RAWs during the reign of terror days on TNN pretty painstaking.

The episode of RAW where the nWo tried to kill The Rock is one of the most neverending and boring stretches of TV I've ever seen

Most of the 3 hour Raws. I have gone months without watching, and I haven't missed a thing. Especially during the never ending Reigns/Jericho/Owens feud.

I vaguely remember a Raw where the rest of the roster was trapped in some other country or kidnapped by ninjas or something and poor Chris Jericho had to wrestle 3 times.

Wrestlemania IV
There’s nothing which is offensively bad wrestling-wise but there’s just too many matches due to the tournament and most of them are in the five minute range. The only match in the tournament to go the time limit is the most boring match on the card and it’s between two of the better workers of the time, Jake and Rude. There’s also a ridiculous amount of time dedicated to Vanna White and Bob Uecker’s quest to find her, of which the pay-off was that he got a letter from a “Vance White”. Oh dear.

I can't say this show was boring because I couldn't believe how absurd it was, when Vince came out to present him a video montage and a musical performance I couldn't believe it. Was that show something Rock even wanted in the first place? One of the all time worst wrestling shows I've ever seen.

Little People’s Court has got to be up there, considering they replayed the segment in full.

I put the 1988 Royal Rumble on when I go to bed. Started it a few weeks ago, have slept like a baby every night.

Wasn't that like one of the TWO matches the entire night?

Up until the debut of The Nexus, that "People's Choice" episode of Raw was incredibly boring and terrible.
