Ridiculous amount of talent in that ladder match......and EC3 Eh, EC3 isn't a ring general or anything but he does have charisma and can brawl, I'm sure he'll fit in fine. The one I'm worried about is Dream. After the guy was botching like crazy in the Ohno match I don't trust him with a ladder.

With Strong in the Dusty Classic finals, I’m guessing that he’ll lose to Cedric Alexander on 205 Live next week and we probably get Alexander/Ali at Mania. Killer match, but I’m scared about the potential crowd reaction.

The six North American contenders are EC3, Dain, Cole, Sullivan, Ricochet and Velveteen. Well, that sounds chaotic as all hell. I’m in!

Something’s a bit fishy about this Dusty Tag Classic Final (if you’ll excuse the pun). Fish is supposedly injured enough to need surgery, so are whoever wins this thing going to fight O’Reilly on his own now? Is Fish going to recover in time?
Odd.

Maybe they've decided to put the straps on the Authors and announce new contenders to challenge at Takeover? (Damnit, I just want War Machine vs. AoP).

Also, I want to throw in officially that I was one of the few people that called a potential Gargano/Ciampa match at Takeover and I’ll be a happy chappie when it’s officially confirmed.

That’s what I thought, but I would have expected them to announce that the belts were now vacant before this match, or just have this match on Takeover.

Why is some dumb random thrown together team of Dunne and boring ass Roddy in the finals? That makes no sense.

And apparently, that’s the tapings. Hardly anything with the women, all things considered.
Our Takeover: New Orleans card looks like so...
NXT Championship: Almas v Black NXT Women’s Championship: Moon v Baszler NXT Tag Team Championship and Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Trophy: Undisputed v AoP v Strong/Dunne Ladder Match for NXT North American Championship: Cole v EC3 v Dain v Sullivan v Ricochet v Velveteen
Strangely, no fifth match yet, unless they’re keeping any developments with the Gargano v Ciampa feud under wraps (Unsanctioned Match?).

Or they're possibly saving a possible Gargano vs. Ciampa match for Takeover Chicago in June (fitting enough, at the same event where Ciampa turned on Johnny)=

But now you’ve taken a perfectly healthy Gargano off the road for three months, unless he goes to the main roster for a bit first then comes back to finish the feud.

He'd fit well in the New Era of 205 Live.

It's great to see that Donovan Chris Dijak is alive, but weird seeing him being used a guy to make Ricochet look strong. Hopefully this is just because we're on the cusp on Mania and he'll be given a proper push afterwards.
