Smackdown vs. Raw Unluckable Druid and may been the same year TONY!! The army guy that was "Cena's friend in the game. There was also some masked Army guy that looked like one of Hassian's "Terrorist". The Druid was 2011. Tony & the Masked Man was 2009. For 2011, I'm going with Mike Knox as far as actual wrestlers. Jesse & "Festus Molestus" we're odd, but Knox was the most pathetic guy in the company & was released months prior. But Dreamer & Khali were cut for odd reasons. So many things in 2011 made no damn sense. Dreamer, Khali, and Carlito would show up on match listings in Road to WrestleMania, Carlito had a fully functional model on the disc, and Hurricane had everything except his modern Titantron but none of them were playable, despite the fact they had several people playable in the game who had been released by that point.

Kenzo Suzuki was in one of the Day of Reckoning games. I bet noone can remember a single thing he did in the time he was there, aside from sing "Livin in America" once. He...uh...had an attractive wife. That's all I got. The only other thing I can remember of him was that he also lusted after Torrie Wilson. Of course, seeing Hiroko in her undies a couple of times got no complaints from me.

I already said Sawyer Fulton. Why is this thread still going? You do make an excellent point.

I think Sawyer Fulton has to be the undisputed answer here, because he's probably the only wrestler to be in that was literally never seen on the main roster ever and wasn't even in developmental by the time the game came out. Not only that, but he was barely even a thing that existed in NXT. If you don't know more about NXT than the average viewer, let alone WWE, you probably won't have a clue who this strange goatee man with someone else's entrance is.
Sawyer Fulton is on the same level as Masked Man or Tony, except he's a real live human being that exists and does human stuff every day.

I mean... he feuded with John Cena who was the US champion at the time and then later teamed with Renee Dupree (with Fifi!)

Outside of like a month with the original lineup of Sanity before being injured the most you'd know him for would have been being one of NXT's Jobbers.

The problem with saying "yeah, it's absolutely Sawyer Fulton" is...it's this year's game. People are too close to this year's game because it's current day WWE.
...having said that, yeah, it's absolutely Sawyer Fulton. Andrade Cien Almas was not in the game for NXT, but SAWYER FULTON was. Think about that.

Oh for sure, but I just wanted to make sure you didn’t think he was a nobody. But for that matter Bruno made a game and there’s very little chance anyone under 75 cares about him. Unless they’re lying or an ultra old school wrestling nerd. ...or an East Coaster. Despite many not being even alive during his active career, he is something of a local legend amongst NYC/Pittsburgh/Boston. They may have never seen a match, but they know the name for sure. Bruno was great, matches were good. He is a legend everywhere. Met him and his daughter here in Pittsburgh. Obscure to me is not huge name legends lile Bruno or even Godfathers Ho cause they were on tv when No Mercy released. To me obscure is some of these legends in the recent games. Like there's no reason for Mikey Whipwreck to have been in 17. That's obscure. Not sylvan or Jerry Lynn.

Masked Man from SvR 2009 was so obscure we didn't even know what he looked like.

Shawn Stasiak in Shut Your Mouth. Maven was also another choice of mine, except he famously eliminated The Undertaker at the Royal Rumble in 2002. Fun fact: Maven almost made the cut for Day of Reckoning 2, but he was excluded at the last minute.
Nidia in WrestleMania 21 for the Xbox.
Shannon Moore in WWE Raw 2.
Hillbilly Jim in Here Comes the Pain.

Exactly. Although I would still question his inclusion under the Al-Kaissie gimmick, simply because there is very little chance anyone under 60 (not your target video game audience) would remember/know of him. Not to mention, the bulk of his success was overseas or in the AWA. Oh for sure, but I just wanted to make sure you didn’t think he was a nobody. But for that matter Bruno made a game and there’s very little chance anyone under 75 cares about him. Unless they’re lying or an ultra old school wrestling nerd. I've been checking out Bruno on the network recently. His babyface comebacks were insane. Crowds were baying for blood. I'd love to have that kind of intensity in today's fans. Obviously it can't happen but it just added to it so much.

Shad in SvR 2011. Not only was he released months before it came out but they also included a new model for him as DLC.
