I've liked Bischoff's shoots. I'm looking forward to this. He’s blatantly lied in his “shoots” though, why would you like them 🤷♂️ If that's the standard, why would anyone like any shoot?

Bischoff has lightened up over the years, and if you catch him on a good day he's a lot more honest and blunt about his WCW run, but other days he's same ol' Easy E bullshitting his way though interviews. If we get the more blunt Bischoff, then this could be interesting

What happen to his other podcast with his other guest host? Had a falling out, probably about money.

Where is the podcast, where can I find it? If you search for 83 Weeks with Eric Bischoff it should come up. The old show was Bischoff on Wrestling which is how I found it last night, but they've since updated the name.

Hard to sit through, Eric sounds defensive at times and comes across with a "I'm smarter than you" attitude. I can also see him getting bored really quickly.

I'm so sick of Conrad. Just go back to insurance man How does he find the time to do 4 long podcasts a week and have a day job?

I like Conrad’s podcasts and was excited for this one. But, I dunno, after listening to it... We have heard Bischoff talk about this shit for 20 years. Plus, we know his real personality well too, so there isn’t the added bonus of it being completely different than what you would expect ie Bruce and Tony’s shows.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear Eric do the mock crying and bring up how hard Vince was on Verne Gagne when Conrad read the thing Vince wrote in 1996 about how hard it was to compete with Turner's money.

I can’t stand Eric Bischoff. But I gave this a chance because I’m such a big fan of WHW and STWW. I thought it was pretty enjoyable. Looking forward to hearing about something that hasn’t been covered as much as the first topic. Also, it’s easy to be honest about a massive success like Hogan’s turn. Let’s see if we get the usual bs next week.

The first episode was okay. As mentioned, Bischoff has talked about this stuff quite a bit and even wrote a book about it. I don't think I've learned anything new thus far so I'm hopeful something good comes out of the next episode.

Yeah, that's the number one rule when listening to most of the people from the wrestling business "shooting." Even when they're supposedly "shooting"....they're still working. Take anything you hear with a HUGE grain of salt.

I believed Funk because he recognized that he made a lot of mistakes like leaving the wwf and retiring the first time. I believed Harley Race because I would be to scared to call him a liar.

Even the worst workers of this system like HTM, you can find shoots where they're clearly working *less* because it feels like a person talking, usually reflective and more humble, than a promo or performance. Still can't take everything they say but there's an introspection and honesty that makes it more believable. I have never once got that from Bischoff.

Started listening to week 2 and feel at least partially vindicated. Eric goes into some of the headaches he had as an employee of Time-Warner. A few weeks ago, some posters here were talking like he had Vince McMahon kind of control.
