I think they’re more concerned about their paychecks and as long as they’re clearing I would imagine they’re not too worried about Brock.

f*** man, you can't make fans happy. Roman wins: HE'S BEING FORCED DOWN OUR THROATS Brock wins: HE'S A POLITICIAN WHO HAS VINCE'S EAR! Well, yeah, when the crowd hates both options going in neither one of them's going to make people happy. Brock hatred isn't anything new, he's been getting bashed on here for years and crowds have been steadily less and less into him ever since the Braun feud. Put me in the minority who still digs Brock. I don't get the part-timer digs. It makes his appearances and title defenses mean more. He's the last true attraction in professional wrestling. The modern fan wouldn't have survived in the territory days, when the champion defended his title like, ONCE a year.

This screamed of WWE trying to keep Brock. I don't know, I think accolades don't really matter to Brock. To me this seemed like WWE resisting the obvious path and going for unpredictability, but I don't know if that was the right move. I do know that Roman can't possibly be the guy to uncrown Brock now, if there was ever a time to do it that was it.
