I’m pretty sure that he’s not going to lose it and they just retire the title and have the WWE Champion pulling double duty on Raw and SD.

The son of Curt Hennig, because he really liked Curt.

If it's Lashley I may be done with wrestling forever

I still fear Roman's the one beating him, as baffling and non-sensical as that would be after last nights ass-kicking.

Sounds legit. He has a UFC match, somehow gets into a title opportunity for the Heavyweight Championship, and ditches the Ketchup Belt like a bad habit, refusing to make anyone look good in the past 3+ years.

I just had a terrible, terrible thought... Del Rio.. Well Vince apparently gets on quite well with El Cabron, so the possibility of Berto returning cannot be dismissed. But him beating Lesnar, I cannot see that happening.

I'd mark out for Bryan. I thinking it might be Joe though. They could use his return from injury as a way to decimate Brock and then set up a feud with Braun or at least give Reigns something to do to prove he isn't a busted flush.

Oh god, it’s going to be Del Rio, isn’t it? Vince will bring him back yet again to punish the fans for not loving his booking. Please tell me I’m just paranoid here.

Probably still Reigns. Past the point of genuine value.

I honestly don't even care at this point. I just want the belt off Brock. Strowman should have won it in their first match but I could shrug that off since it was going to be Roman's coronation again. Then they screwed that up and Brock kept the title. At this point freaking Hornswoggle could beat him and I wouldn't give a shit. I just want somebody, anybody to beat him already. The booking yesterday was just mindboggling.

I do have to say, the potential of it not being Roman is an exciting prospect.

If Brock Lesnar leaves Greatest Royal Rumble as the Universal Champion, he will only be 45 days away from passing CM Punk's 434-day reign as Heavyweight Champion. Think Vince McMahon is petty and spiteful to scrub the "longest reign of the modern era" from the record books, and this is how he shows it's a "mistake" Vince regrets. Look at New Day holding on to the tag belts beyond Demolition who's part of a lawsuit.
I would expect Lashley to take the title from Lesnar in late June or later.

But yes, eventually somebody is going to have a longer reign than that. You don't expect that every reign for the rest of WWE's existence should have to be shorter, no?

In my fantasy booking: Joe
He has all the tools they want in a main eventer. Crowd loves him, he's damn near untouchable on the mic, can make the most scripted stuff sound natural, can go in the ring, is believable in his role, and would make a great "takes on all comers" champion.
Then he can lose it to Strowman later down the line.
In reality it'll be Reigns because Vince thinks since Roman didn't win at Mania he's doing us a favour.

After Rousey and Angle beat him at Mania, HHH needs a way to get his heat back.

After Rousey and Angle beat him at Mania, HHH needs a way to get his heat back. He's going to be wrestling John Cena in Saudi Arabia, and since Jern is eating pins like Candy these days, I expect him to win there and then at Summerslam, perhaps he gets to chew up and spit out Reigns for a second time.

Until someone else beats him, I'm sticking with Roman.
