Is Bruce implying that Eric Young and Bobby Roode where getting paid more then AJ styles? One of them could be Samoa Joe. He was in TNA for about another year after Styles left. I forgot joe completely, my bad.

Wow, that whole episode was surreal. Omega, Claire Lynch, Daniels/Kaz, AJ's hilariously awful audition tape, was crazy to see on WWE network. No surprise that TNA f***ed up with AJ's contract. I honestly think if TNA made AJ a fair contract offer all those years ago he'd have never went to NJPW or WWE and still be in Impact today.

I love the idea of there being inside skinny on TNA’s Claire Lynch angle on a WWE broadcast medium.

I'm just an insurance guy and a fan just like you. Unless, it seems I disagree with something and try to come over all hard ass freedom fighting journalist. Now here is some forced comedy. Oh and if people disagree with me, then I'm just a fan trying his hardest again.
I prefer the network show SO much more than the podcast because they have an editor and probably a producer but I just wish Conrad would pick what kind of host he wants to be and stick to it.

This AJ Styles episode is going to be the first episode on the network that I watch.
Anything essential in the other episodes not included in the podcast versions?

Yeah the Claire Lynch stuff was wrestlecrap, but I didn't know she left because of fans harassing her to that extent.
As for the episode, it's still surreal seeing TNA footage on the WWE Network, though I really liked this episode a lot. I forgot how much TNA dropped the ball with AJ Styles.

So odd to have so much TNA footage, with the Global Network plug at the end. Special thanks to Ed Nordholm and Anthem... man. So surreal.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzZA-L_hPtQThis week's episode on the Hardys, at around the 3:30 mark, has a clip that was edited out of the match in the above link. Scott Hall went to give Matt the Razor's Edge and didn't get him up. He put down Matt, slapped Matt hard in the face, then put up two fingers (as in "take two") and successfully did the move.

Yeah I think Nordholm finally realized it's probably in his best interest to play ball with WWE after the massive amounts of bad press the Hardy trademark stuff was.

I thought they would talk more about Matt and his Mattitude gimmick but it was more Jeff here. Also I’m surprised they didn’t talk about the Punk/Hardy feud in 09.

Also I’m surprised they didn’t talk about the Punk/Hardy feud in 09. Bruce was gone from WWE at that point in time, and he doesn't like to cover stuff that he wasn't there for.

I understand, I thought they would at least give a brief mention, also surprised no Mattitude mentions as that's when Matt really came into his own on Smackdown as a singles competitor. I would have to agree with Bruce's thoughts on Lance Cade, had a great build, good look but just couldn't get over with the crowd. I liked Murdoch though, and surprised they released him.

It seemed like this episode was kinda poorly researched. They brought up punk vs hardy saying it was a pitched idea for ecw but never mentioned that they later did that in 09 which seems odd. Also saying both hardys where under age when they where doing jobs in the early 90s but it was only Jeff who was under age.

I think what bugs me about Conrad is how he comes off like such a lame smark. Like his gimmick is to be the "voice of the fans" and "I'm gonna say what the fans are really thinking!" and it comes off as so lame. I like that Bruce doesn't just go along with it. Conrad bitched about TNA having AJ lose to Angle and Bully Ray on PPV and Bruce rightly says it was for the angle they were doing with AJ and it wasn't some vendetta against him. Same thing on this Hardys episode. Conrad complains about the RTC beating the Hardys for the titles and Bruce correctly tells him that the RTC were red hot then.

Is it just me or is anybody else afraid Conrads's eyes are going to pop out from his face being so fat?
