Boy that is way into the future. 2020 is two years away you say? Well, f*** me. I cannot wait for all the vision puns/jokes. Well, now I'm sad we aren't getting a Vision movie in 2020.

Dint care if it's a bit late for it. I'm totally on board. Especially with the foreshadowing of her past in AoU.

I presume this'll be Red Room related, which is pretty much what all Black Widow comics these days are focused on and seems.....boring...?
Pass.
Unless it's not, then I'd be more in.

Honestly, they should combine the idea of Winter Soldier being sent to hunt her down after she abandons the KGB with the story she told to Loki of SHIELD sending Hawkeye to assassinate her. With the final battle taking place in Budapest.

With the final battle taking place in Budapest. This is exactly what I want. It pretty much writes itself. Black Widow on the run from the world's two biggest spy agencies who've each dispatched their most deadly assassins to take her out. Hawkeye eventually sees her potential as an ally, ultimately helping her survive a Winter Soldier-led siege in Budapest. Throw in Fury and Coulson and you've got all the fan favourites you need, and something different from the "we have to save the world/universe" endgame most MCU films take nowadays.

Also from just a logistics stand this should've happened sooner if it's going to be a prequel. It's been practically a decade since Scarlett Johansson first was cast. It'll run into that straining disbelief issue a prequel always has when a considerable amount of time has passed between the actor at the start of a role & then now years later making an installment meant to be them prior to that. Disney has magical de-aging programs that can make Robert Downey Jr, Michael Douglas, and Kurt Russel into their young 80's selves. Can make a young Carrie Fisher, and bring Peter Cushing back from the dead. De-aging Scarlett Johansson about 10-15 years is nothing.

We’ll find out come Captain Marvel considering 4 guys are getting the de-aging treatment.

In fairness Boseman and Larson are newcomers but def thought Evans made more than that on Infinity War unless that was base pay
Then again who the hell is going to complain about $15 Million straight up

Yeah, it was base pay. If reports are accurate RDJ, Evans, Hemsworth, Johansson, Ruffalo, Pratt, Saldana, Cooper, Cumberbatch, Brolin and Hiddleston all have gross points in their contracts.

If I remember correctly, RDJ was the one pushing for everyone to get more pay after Avengers 1

Yup. The contracts they signed in pre-Disney Perlmutter days were all under $500,000 each (Evans and Hemsworth both got $250,000 each for their first outings, for example), apart from Downey who was only signed for the first Iron Man due to his past troubles. He got a big rise for Iron Man 2 through to Iron Man 3, and as part of his negotiations he demanded seven figure deals for the other Avengers actors, Hiddleston, and SLJ. Perlmutter reportedly threw a tantrum over it, but as he was by then answerable to Disney he was given little choice in the matter.

Everybody taking home a piece of the pie and with the success of Black Panther and impending success of Captain Marvel you know they will get raises as they represent the next phase
Must be a good feeling to keep riding this hot train until the wheels eventually fall off and Scar Jo finally getting her movie which at this point why doubt it won't make money like the rest of them
Somehow Ant Man 2 turned a profit post Infinity War

Somehow Ant Man 2 turned a profit post Infinity War I don't think there was ever much doubt in that. People were quick to jump on it's slow performance without taking into account that it was released in most of Europe, Japan, and China 4-6 weeks after the U.S. release. Phase 4 is shaping up to be the most experimental yet, with Eternals confirmed, A-Force and Nova heavily rumoured, and Dark Avengers in the early stages of development. If there's going to be a first Disney-Era flop, this Phase could see it.

Right I wouldn't say it was in doubt but it was still a risk as far as releasing that movie post Avengers and the mood that gave off but Rudd and Lilly make for a really good duo
I think even if they do get a flop at some point they won't overreact as at this point they are just "throwing things out there" as far as it being obscure but somehow working into a greater universe
It's the reason why others have tried to copy their model and failed because Marvel/Disney has earned trust on things you are completely unsure of but they make it work
