Yeah, until I'm in the cinema and the credits roll anything relating to Mysterio screams great, big fat "LIE!!!!" to me. Especially since the main reason you'd mention another universe existing in a Spider-Man film, Miles, potentially already exists in this Spider-Man's universe and was very definitely purposefully easter egg'd in Homecoming. So it makes making Miles being from another universe more pointless when they can easily just throw him out there whenever they want. Which honestly wouldn't surprise me if it is something they'll keep in their back pocket till Tom's getting ready to wrap things up as Spider-Man some years down the line. Yeah, "I got a nephew that lives in this town" was Miles. At the very least give her red hair and make her less snarky. She's not Mary Jane nor was she ever meant to be. they writers have said this on multiple occasions. They really f***ed up by calling her "MJ". It feels tacky, like "Robin" John Blake in The Dark Knight Rises. The nickname "MJ" is so deeply tied to Mary Jane and Spider-Man lore in general that attaching it to a new character, even as a nod, is just distracting.

I’m real hype, but I love Mysterio and Jake is such an underrated actor as is. I don't know about underrated. He's pretty well acclaimed.

He combs his hair different too! And neither act anything like the other. Lois knows Clark as this kinda loser from work that is nice but dorky as hell. Supes acts entirely different. Yeah, it is especially noticeable in All-star Superman. Where he acted like a big clumsy farmboy that's not entirely aware how big he is. Dude acts completely different, he slouches... and there's the other point of ... people don't think that Superman HAS a secret identity, why would a god want to live among the normal people... ESPECIALLY as a dorky news reporter.

Yeah, it was meant to be a cheeky nod... but it kinda fell on it's ass for that reason because now we get people angry that she's not acting like Mary Jane.

Hope that they Gwen Stacy Michelle and bring in Felicia and Mary Jane. This girl does nothing for me In tags for potential Endgame spoiler. {Spoiler} Isn't killing her twice kind of cruel? Girl already got snapped, then you bring her back just to kill her again? Jeez.

It really speaks to the quality of the education system in Metropolis. It's why he'll never marry you, Lois! Or you, Lana! And thanks, I am addicted to that Batman Returns clip...mostly for what the comments section degenerated to. (basically, every superhero gets asked why they're dressed like their alter ego. Hilarity ensues, or at least a little repetition) I was officially won over when someone commented, "Jake Clawson and Chance Furlong, why are you dressed up like The SWAT Kats?"

So after this year what is Disney buying with all the money they will make at the box office?. They're buying Doctor Who from the BBC just so they can own all my fandoms.

Well I mena Spider-man suddenly showing up in Europe the same time they are there is a pretty big tell... I mean someone like Superman where he can literally be anywhere in a matter of minutes is different... but Spider-man would have to get there somehow... Superman's a whole other can of worms, because glasses alone are supposed to fool everyone haha Don't even pretend you don't find his bulge distracting in tights.

So after this year what is Disney buying with all the money they will make at the box office?. I almost expect them to go after aquisitions outside of media companies from here on out. This Fox purchase was a huge pain in their ass, and if they went after a Sony or Viacom, it would only be worse due to monopoly laws. Honestly, with how much money Hasbro has been making with Marvel and Star Wars toys, and how unsuccessful Disney's own Marvel/Star Wars figure lines are by comparison, I could see them wanting to just buy Hasbro outright. Not only would they reap all the profits from Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series, but it would also make them the proud owners of Transformers, G.I. Joe, and a plethora of classic board games.

"Look I'm a teenage girl, I'd rather be anywhere than here! I'm all about long sullen silences, followed by mean comments, followed by more silence!"

Yeah, I'm sure some think Superman must have a secret identity, but given Supes doesn't wear a mask or anything, has usually granted Lois an interview explaining he's an alien in given settings, and can show up out of nowhere on any given time of day, they have plenty of reason to think of Superman as a full-time thing. I imagine it's similar for Diana Prince and Kara as Wonder Woman and Supergirl.
