I laughed when I saw it because I remember his promos when he used to laugh, this is no joking matter. Sad to see where he's now. Jamie Dundee said that Brian actually had a lot of potential to be a huge star in wrestling but all of the sudden he started shooting drugs and everything went to shit. I love Jamie Dundee to death,and he is a blast to talk to,but he isn't the most reliable source. Seems Brian kept his drug issues under control until he got to WWF. I know of a promoter in the north of the state that will only have Brian on the show if Jerry is there. "He acts right if his dad is around. If he isn't you run the chance of Brian passing out in the locker room hours before the doors open." Kinda odd that Jerry Lawler couldn't spot Brian the money to keep him from going to jail. Ain't like 800 bucks is a big deal to the King. Lawler makes that before a show starts selling pics,shirts and photo ops.Then factor in he gets paid really well for what is normally a 7 minute match. |

He's lived clean, was on top of Memphis forEVER(and evidently was one of like...3 guys getting paid anything worthwhile), on top of basically being a made man in WWF/E? I wonder if Lawler is a millionaire I would honestly guess that he is. If he isn't. It is cause he spends a decent amount on his collections. Dude has huge collections of comics,coke and other stuff.I am sure the replica 66 Batmobile he bought wasn't cheap. But then Lawler works at least 10 shows a year in the Memphis/East Arkansas/North Mississippi area. Getting paid well for short matches. Plus the bank he makes at the table selling pics and stuff. And his bar and grills are supposedly doing well. If he isn't a millionaire he is close to being one. |
