Best case scenario getting Richt out now. But at the same time, Diaz is like Randy Shannon: good for the culture, but not going to take us to the next level I don't think.

Isn't the point of the half time to cover the game that is going on

The refs really helped LSU on that drive. They must've gotten word that the wrong team is winning, so they need to do something.

UFC had nothing to prove today (although they played a good game without their best player). We have a ton of evidence of teams from non-power conferences beating top ten teams (they themselves did it last year). For me, today's result doesn't change the argument that you need a playoff format that allows all undefeated teams to compete.

For me, today's result doesn't change the argument that you need a playoff format that allows all undefeated teams to compete. They looked a lot better than Notre Dame looked against Clemson, so today definitely doesn't change the argument at all concerning non-power conferences and the playoffs.

Don't you just love the double-standard from talking heads? Last year, it's Auburn didn't want to be there. This year, it's proof UCF doesn't belong.
Utah 35-Pittsburgh 7 Boise St. 43-Oklahoma 42 Utah 31-Alabama 17 Texas Christian 21-Wisconsin 19 Boise St. 38-Arizona 30 Houston 38-Florida St. 24 Central Florida 34-Auburn 27
Georgia 41-Hawai'i 10 Florida St. 31-Northern Illinois 10 Wisconsin 24-Western Michigan 16 Louisiana St. 40-Central Florida 32
Group of 5 teams are still 7-4 in the BCS/New Year's 6 games. Still should be an 8 team playoff, with the highest ranked group of 5 champion in.

I knew LSU was a bad match-up for UCF, but an 8 point loss to them is hardly an indictment on their last 2 seasons. I mean, of course people will say that all their wins mean nothing and their one loss means so much. That is sadly not surprising.
