So CP0 is staying put. Those f***ers are one piece away from a championship. Just trade Ryan Anderson's useless ass. Easier said than done
Like with the Lakers and Deng they will have to surrender multiple picks to get a team to take on that contract and even then that isn't a guarantee a team will want to ruin their cap this early in free agency
Meh the Nets would fall for it.

Mavs and DeAndre have a one year verbal. Mavs is going to lock his ass at Mark Cuban house until he signs the deal in a few days

True but that was a bad matchup against one of the best defensive teams in the league I'm not saying OKC will win a championship but when you are judging George decision he made the best decision today he could have made
I think I disagree 100%. You don't win with Westbrook. You win with LeBron (see; Cleveland making the Finals just recently) Westbrook can't be blamed for Durant and Harden's chokejobs when they were in OKC.

So the next question would be why did y'all want Paul George so bad if you're only going to play him when he decided to sign elsewhere? We scorned right now. George lost all of his LA privileges. He banned. Not at all
This is a point where all Laker fans need to take a step back and realize they aren't owed a player nor did he promise he would come there
He made it public he would love to come home but it wasn't in the cards

Then how come everybody who leaves Westbrook becomes a better player? Durant, Harden, Oladipo, Kanter

Yeah, Westbrook gets on my nerves and i've said before you can't win a chip with him as your number 1 guy but those failures aren't all on him

Kanter is debatable. And both Oladipo and Harden (who was a freakin' sixth man on OKC) went from being supporting cast to centerpiece so they're gonna get better numbers. And unlike Durant, Harden still hasn't gotten over his postseason tendency to choke in the big moment.
Durant also isn't better or worse on GSW as he was on OKC. Just that the team he's on now is absolutely stacked with talent and confidence.

Keep in mind both Oladipo and Kanter who were clear role players to Westbrook being the number 1 option have both said they credit Russ for their tough mindset and attitudes
Westbrook has nothing to do with Harden being a better player and fits nowhere in that equation like a Oladipo and Kanter

This is karma for stealing Pau Gasol right? What karma?
There is a man named LeBron James potentially coming to the team and will flip the squad all around to his taste to make them a potential championship team

Paul George deal has an option for the 3rd year
Essentially this is a 2 year deal then

Until tonight I thought Paul George was also gonna be a laker, nothing is for certain anymore. There hasn't been any news on Kawhi being traded and Boogie might be cleared until august.

Lakers have only lost one option and have a few more to go through before all hope is lost

I thought Kawhi was the longshot if anything because I don't think the Spurs would want to help out a potential rival team in the conference by giving them their best player unless they got a big haul in return, especially if they just got Lebron and PG.
