Going to Portland is a good fit for Little
He is going to have a chip on his shoulder and playing with guys like CJ and Dame who came from small colleges will help him turn his fuel into production

Sometimes I think Weltman and Hammond are allergic to upgrading our backcourt. I swear if we go into next year with Fournier and Augustin still starting I might just scream loud enough for NBA fans on the west coast to hear me from Orlando. That was the joke with him in Milwaukee too. He'd always go for big men That's the joke amongst Magic fans already after three years. When my friends discuss who our front office might like we always ask who has the longest wingspan first.

For those wondering Bol Bol's medical is apparently REALLY bad and he did not impress people in workouts either. That being said, he has value at the right price

That being said, he has value at the right price You don't draft a dude that tall with a f***ed up foot, knee, ankle, or leg Shit is too scary and even with Embiid who has become a great player, you are still afraid because he is injury prone Bol Bol will be very good value at this point tho

Phx having a busy day I like him as a backup piece While the fist pick was questionable, I've heard a lot of people say Jerome is gonna surprise people as a pro. Adding Saric and Baynes add some vets and some leadership to the young team. Will likely still suck for a year or two but should help

Will likely still suck for a year or two but should help I think this was a great spot for Jerome considering he was the best PG available after the early guys Talent wise they still aren't in a great position though and they need a starting PG. I like Jerome off the bench

Jay Bilas being a clown aside, I do like the NBA commentary tonight Thousand times better than the NFL Draft Yeah the one thing the NBA and ESPN have done in recent years is try to improve the draft coverage. I've said many times I'm not impressed with the NBA when it comes to scouting, but with draft coverage too the NBA kind of sucks as they would have too many talking heads and not enough people who knew how players would fit in the NBA. They have done a good job of improving that

They have done a good job of improving that 2 college guys and one NBA is a nice sweet spot. Bilas and Reece do College all year and obviously Chauncey is a great mind and won't make a fool of himself like Jalen or Pierce NFL needs to do more like this

My bad. But, I still mean what I say. Indiana is one of the worst environments for player development, so I don't see Goga lasting long in the NBA unless he moves to another team. I mean in fairness, they developed both Granger and George Oladipo finally came into his own at Indiana and Turner is looking like an all around player Yeah, but they were guys who just needed "finishing", if you know what I mean. People who need long term development; the organization ain't got time for that. Goga might as well have donned a Mad Ant hat.

MIL actually sent the 30th pick and Tony Snell to the Pistons for Jon Leuer, so this is DET's pick. DET just traded it to CLE for 4 (!) 2nd round picks, though. lol
