Meaning they haven’t appeared on the Network or on DVD/Blu-Ray. Also, if they don’t own it or it wasn’t videotaped then it doesn’t count. I’m specifically talking about matches that are in the vault that they could release, but have for whatever reason not yet.
You’d think their vault would be pretty picked clean by now, but I’m sure FAN can come up with plenty of possibilities.

Undertaker and Berzerker wrestled each other throughout the house show circuit from May until August 1992, but I have yet to see one of those matches.

The 1994 MSG rumble won by Owen. I am pretty sure it's in their vault as a) it was a MSG show b) they've shown footage from the tag title change in the match before.

Undertaker vs. Randy Savage. I thought for sure it would have been on that Savage DVD from last month, but no such luck.

Some of the dark/Jakked matches from the early 2000s should be a DVD goldmine.
AJ Styles had a really good one with Hurricane once, and I'd really like to see a decnt quality copy of that match where Lesnar actually lands a Shooting Star.
There's ones for a lot of talent years before they showed up, Roode, Joe, Punk, those would be great on the career DVDs.
If he wasn't such a dickhead now I'd say it'd be cool to make a Val Venis DVD of just these matches seeing as he was the veteran working most of them.

Bret Hart v Tom McGee is the most well known "lost" match isn't it?

They did show clips of the match locally in Providence, RI at the house shows but the Hulk Hogan vs. Jake Roberts matches from 1986/early 1987.

Bret Hart v Tom McGee is the most well known "lost" match isn't it? It wasn’t taped. That was part of Bret agreeing to do it.

Perhaps he does. Maybe I’m misremembering and Vince promised it would never air. Vince does tape everything.

AJ/Hurricane and a Roode/Albert match are now on the Hidden Gems section of the Network.

I don't know if it's because of rights issues with MTV, but I've always been so surprised that the War to Settle the Score hasn't been released in any official capacity, and is barely if ever acknowledged.

Have they ever released that amazing Money Inc v. Rick and Scott Steiner cage match?
God, I love that thing.

BTW, have those Hogan/Flair matches from 91/92 ever been released yet?

I know at least one of the Hogan/Flair matches were definitely released on the website like a decade ago. As for War to Settle the Score it’s nuts how many 1980s celebs appear in that thing and it never gets brought up. In post match interview such a variety of celebs as Danny DeVito, Joe Piscapo, and Andy Warhol among several others are interviewed. The build up has even more celeb involvement.

The Hogan/Piper match from TWtStS has been released on at least 2 DVD sets. The 2011 History of WrestleMania doc also showed the clip from it where some journalists are sitting at a table eating and discussing wrestling. The Network has one of the Hogan/Flair MSG matches, and both of their MSG matches from 1991 are on DVDs. WWE also put one of their dark matches from Nov. '91 on the Unreleased DVD last year.

I've often wondered if the reason it's downplayed is that it definitely makes Wrestlemania 1 look lesser in that regard.
