My modem and wireless router are a floor up from where I have the 360. I had to buy the optional wireless adaptor that cost 100 damn dollars. I'm already anticipating problems with connections and the Xbox recognizing my network. It doesn't help that my wireless router is made by Apple.
Anyone else do Xbox live wirelessly? Any problems I should anticipate?

I'm trying to use an ethernet bridge that is connected to my 360 via cable and to a wireless router that is in another room, and so far I haven't been able to make the connection work for very long. I haven't got the X360 wireless adaptor, but I'm pretty sure it works a lot better than my current setup (it doesn't help that I completely suck at all things network-related).

all i can say is thank god i have a wii. From what I've heard, getting Wii to work online might not always be that easy either. Not that I would have any personal experience, of course, seeing as there are no Wiis whatsoever in my hometown and thus I haven't got one yet. And as far as my problem with Xbox Live goes, it's mostly because of my complete ineptitude with network stuff and possibly crappy equipment.

I use a Belkin Wireless Router, and have had no problems getting my Wii or 360 to connect. No problems with losing the signal either.
