What are they exactly?
I'm using it 3 days a week in powder form with water and it is boosting me like crazy. I do an hour of intense weightlifting (Alternating upper and lower body) with the creatine
I also do 3 days of running but that's just some more back up info on my lifestyle
I have heard some bad things and some good things. Can someone give me there take on it?

running i am not sure about in the nose out the mouth, but i do know just to keep the breathing even, otherwise you tire out faster

Since Creatine is still kinda new there are no studies about long term effects Creatine has on a person. We should know more in about 40 years though.

When I first started taking creatine I got a good boost off it but after a few weeks I didn't get the same boost & I don't use it anymore, don't need it. I started a 5X5 workout about 2 months ago & have gotten great results, I looker bigger & better & feel better than ever.
One little side effect about creatine though, I had to piss all the God damn time! seriously I had to take a piss every 20 mins or less.

My dad took creatine and it worked fine. But when he stopped, he got really sick.
I've got some Nitrotech, but I'm unsure about using it now.

all the jocks in my high school did some form of creatine, don't know how it'll turn out for them

It can be a hell of a supplement, but as with any supplement, you should use advisment when taking a supplement such as creatine.
