Having a line of dialogue played and then played again normally and then played again in super slow motion. And more often than not the third time is accompanied with a wacky filter and/or a visual effect.

One that I recently discovered thanks to my nephew is "OLD SAFE DISCOVERED! WHAT'S INSIDE?"
Followed by videos that get millions of views that don't wrap up the story. The "Sharer" channels are the main culprits of this.

I watch a bit of the online critic stuff even now, but back when I essentially ate and breathed it, I STILL hated when it would be like:
Reviewer 1: So let's talk about, X movie/game.
Reviewer 2 (camera and mic noticeably of a completely different quality standard): NOT SO FAST!
Reviewer 1: Reviewer 2! What are YOUUUUU doing here???
Reviewer 2: How can you review X movie/game, without including the X moviest/gamiest reviewer???
Reviewer 1: Okay, well you're going to have to indulge in appallingly edited, banter dialogue with me where we hate each other for no reason every other gag!
