Sumie is a such a weak champion, and it really must be the case that Tenille is injured or not signed, because she is such the obvious choice for the Women's title. I honestly believe Sumie's champ because they knew everyone would give them shit if they'd put the title on Kelly Klein. Sumie's pretty much a safe choice, they can transition the title off her at pretty much any time. I wanted to see him as champ not too long ago. Would've been interesting to see, as opposed to Lethal holding it yet again for no good reason.

I was there live, I’ll probably do a little more detailed review when I get home.
Dark matches were Cheeseburger verses Shayne Taylor and Jonathan Gresham verses the Beer City Bruiser. Nothing special.
First match was okay. I did like Kenny King turning heel at the end. He’s better as a heel and the inevitable reunion with Rhett Titus will give him something to do.
I can’t stand the Addiction as faces. The Briscoes promo was f***ing awesome but their new music took the wind out of the sails of their entrance. The match was good when it got unhinged. My wife and I thought it was the tables match so we kept wondering when that was going to happen. Glad the Briscoes won, it’s obvious that it’s leading to a rematch at Final Battle and the Addiction winning then.
You could hear a pin drop during the women’s match. I’ll admit I went and got some beer and something to eat.
The TV title match was a bore. Jeff Cobb woke the crowd up.
Bully Rays promo was epic. I hate the dude but he’s a damn great heel. But the lack of entrance music was kinda dumb, unless he’s playing the “he’s not supposed to be here, he doesn’t work here” angle, which is better than the “I’m retiring...for three months “ angle. Match felt tame.
Then we left, f*** Okada.
I also had a ticked to see the Crystal Method at another hotel and I won’t lie: that was a billion times more fun. We gave our tickets to a man and his young son sitting in the bleachers on our way out (we were front row, beside where the wrestlers sometimes left, not the ramp). The floor looked pretty much full but the bleachers were maybe fifty percent. Yeah, they got a thousand people...but they booked a venue that holds two thousand. It was late-WCW bad.
Still had fun, but I wanted to hit the Rave. We’re going to the tv taping tonight.

Around thirty minutes to the bell for the tv tapings and there’s maybe one hundred and fifty or two hundred people here.
I can’t wait to go back to Sams Club!

As much as I hate driving to Sam’s Town, they can do the TV taping there because there’s like no one here. Last night at least had more people than what would have fit there, though not by an incredible amount.

DBD was ok, could have been better though. The match quality was good overall, but not much happened that matters for the stories. Taven isn't bad, but I don't have much interest in him running for the main title. Tenille restructured her indie dates after DBD some time ago, I thought/hoped she maybe has a more exclusive deal with Roh as champ, but as it turns out her damaged shoulder gets worse while and she needs surgery and time to recover from her disease . On a positive side, she did put some life into the division in a match I liked, even while injured and not fully recovered from the disease. She's still capable at 50%, at 100% Roh better does something good with the division. Hopefully Tenille recovers well.

I really liked Taven and the initial incarnation of Taven's Kingdom when they had TK as the stallion and Vinny as the unhinged cocky guy. They both seemed like the two extremes of Taven's personality, which made Taven himself seem like a bigger deal. I also liked (and still like) their in-match chemistry too.
That said, making TK the overly goofy guy and Vinny the Horror King a midst the "conspiracy" gag really does nothing for me. I know they still get a reaction (and I enjoy Taven making himself a star in CMLL) but just speaking personal preference - something seems missing from them in this current evolution.
