About 3 or 4 years ago here in NY. Looked nice on Christmas Eve but Christmas Day it turned to a rain/snow mix.

it's been a long time since there's been a white christmas around here. the snow's either rained away, or it just not snowing.

2004
This was the first time I didn't like having a white Christmas because I had to travel in that.

Early nineties maybe? Like '86 we got 24 inches (brother!) 'round Christmas. That's still the most snow I've physically seen in my lifetime.
Cue all you yankees and canuckleheads telling me all about having to brave sub zero temperatures, several feet or meters of snow and/or having to wrestle with moose or whatever.

It has been a few years ago, maybe 2002. Arkansas usually doesn't get snow, but between about 1998 to 2002, the state got a lot of snow in the winter. Hell, one year we had a bad ice storm on Christmas Day. My family and I had to leave our house and stay at a neighbor's house, he wasn't at home, and stayed there because there are a lot of trees surrounding my house and limbs were falling all over the place. Hell, half of a tree fell down and nearly landed on my house. It was then we left our house. We also didn't have power for a week. I pretty much spent the week reading a book about Marvel Comics.

I'll always remember that ice storm. Cuz a buddy of mine went to NLR for Smackdown and the roads had COMPLETELY iced over by the time we got outta Alltel Arena, What woulda been a hour trip home turned into five as we played slalom with the Semis.
