He should of got a lawyer instead.It's a Government Holiday, so it's perfectly ok, those days weren't originally called "Winter Break" they just called it that recently to be PC. Schools have been changing it back to Christmas, because people are kind of tired of the whole PC thing.

And in a lot of school Easter doesn't even fall in spring break. It doesn't matter what its for, public schools are secular, so they have to remain so.
Any more discussion on the issue will result in warnings and locks.
Christmas and Easter are also a secular Holidays, Santa and the Easter Bunny are in no Religious text that I know of. Also Government workers wouldn't get the day off is these were purely Religious celebrations.
