Al Snow acts like a wrestling genius but has never drawn a nickel. Also he was such a shitty trainer that the wwe killed their relationship with ovw. This i have to beg to differ. He was a legit draw for ECW in '97/'98. I'm going through the 98 Hardcore TVs now and in addition to how super over the head/rave gimmick was with the crowd, he really was the face of the company for a while at signings and doing press. There's plenty to criticize him for and call him out on, but at one point when properly utilized he, on his own talents, was a legitimate draw. He had one main event against Shane Douglas. He got good reactions but that was it. He drew zero dimes. You hear Snow talk and you would think he’s Ric Flair and Terry Funk combined.

No, I'm talking about literally drawing people to live events and selling tickets. That's demonstrably true that he accomplished that for a good six months. He was a Draw.

Al Snow was legitimately up there with Dreamer, RVD and Sandman for me and literally every wrestling fan friend I had for us going to every single ECW Arena show around that time. He definitely put asses in the seats.

Marty Jannetty dove through the window to escape in an act of cowardism.
