I just hunted through all possible shops in my hometown for a Wii today. Did I find one? Why, of course not...
Me (in the last possible store that might have had the system): "I take it that you don't have a Nintendo Wii in stock?"
Games department clerk: "No"
Me: "So um... is there any idea when I MIGHT be able to get one?"
Clerk: "No"

Well, the greatest thing is this...
The day before yesterday, I saw a couple of Wiis behind the counter in one store's games department. But of course I didn't have enough money until today, so I couldn't buy one and I don't think they would have taken reservations either. So anyway, today I went back there and the Wiis had disappeared nicely.

Dont download any of the NES sports games. Ice hockey wasnt worth 10 dollars when it was 50. Fun game, sure. But limited. Same for Donkey Kong. DK doesnt even have a fourth level.
PS. Sorry to hear you havent found your Wii yet. I've had mine since launch day, and once you have yours in hand, it seems easy to find them. Oddly enough, the Meijer store in Muskegon had two 60 gig PS3's on the shelf, and the Toys R Us had a wii just sitting there.

Contra, Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past (if it's only the 1st one you downloaded), Megaman III, Punch-Out (haha Slim got it in while I was typing), Ninja Gaiden, Metroid & Super Metriod... if you like RPG's I'd suggest Chrono Trigger and and Final Fantasy.
Anyway, I have all these games and more for the original systems. I'll go through my collection to remind me what I have and make some more suggestions later.

They just announced on those news things that come on during the commercials on G4 (yes, I watch G4 for more than just the "bewbs", sue me) that "Kid Icarus" and some other game's now available.

Bonk's Adventure or any of the turbogfx's shooters. So far all I've downloaded is the TGX's games becase I've never played them.
Wii related story that doesn't deserve its own topic. Playing Wii bowling with my brother and I try to put major spin on my ball than rather the little to the left little to no spin. So I get 6 strikes in a row and than my brother is whining that I looked on line for a strategy rather than find my own. Which is bull plop by the way. So he than restarts the game after I'm doing so well and I just quit playing than because he is a bitch like that.
