For the kind of show that WWE Creative envisions, yes Eric Bischoff is hands down the best heel GM of all time. He pushed 3 Minute Warning single-handedly, has a KARATE BACKGROUND so he can hassle managers and other non-wrestlers with chops and weak kicks, pretty much is as versatile and arguably as charismatic as Heenan was in his day as a talent. The fact that he's seen in revisionist WWE history as the 'WWE wannabe' WCW leader kinda tarnished his legacy post-WCW but I would enjoy him having the chance as a next GM on RAW to go out better remembered (maybe even nabbing a HoF ring in the process)
