I wouldn't say "Genius" so much as "Able to pay attention well enough".

I got six, and apparently a genius. My previous mathematics exam result screams otherwise, though.

Is there some trick to this I'm not seeing? I dont get how anyone comes up with less than 6... The trick is most people dont notice the one in Scientific, when people read a word they dont read it letter by letter, they read it as a whole word, so the only two letters they pay attention to are the first and last letters and the brain does the rest. Most people notice the of's and the other two words that escape me at the moment because they either start or finish with F so the brain will pick it up. In scientific however, that F escapes you unless you read it letter by letter. I may be wrong here, but I believe that's it.

I missed, however, the f's in "of" because they don't make the "ffff" sound. They make the "vvv" sound.

So... that's six tests I've taken that proves that I'm a genius (that and my 141 IQ). I guess this settles it! I'm a frickin' genius!

6. And this is well known enough that my first thought was, "Ohh, better make sure to count all the "of's". I don't think it makes us geniuses, just observant.
On an unrelated but still pretentious topic, I technically qualified for MENSA back in the day.

The answer is eight. What you do is to count the number of[/u] F[/u]'s in this sentance: FINISHED F[/u]ILES ARE A RESULT O F[/u] YEARS O F[/u] SCIENTI F[/u]IC STUDY COMBINED WITH THE EXPERIENCE O F[/u] YEARS[/i][/quote] The answer is 2, it says this sentance which has two Fs not the following sentance which has six. Do i win?
