Savage/Duggan makes me wonder if they'll ever upload the full Duggan/Savage match where Savage becomes King. I think the ending aired on a special report (with commentary from Vince and Jesse) but AFAIK they never aired the full match on tv.

It was taped August 30th, 1989 and yes, you can view the footage on YouTube as part of an "Update" segment with Mean Gene as you mentioned. The full match didn't air in the U.S but it did apparently air internationally according to thehistoryOfWWE.com so maybe the full match aired in gull outside the U.S somewhere. It would make sense if they bothered to record commentary for it.

There's no confirmation that the match actually aired in full outside the U.S.

Sweet! An obscure Bulldog/Owen match sounds good to me.

British Bulldog was fired for the same reason.

Is this Jimmy Garvin's only appearance in WWF? Did he ever do anything else? I had no clue he ever did anything there at all.

I always wondered if The Savage/Ramon match was supposed to air on The Survivor Series Showdown but was pulled due to Warrior firing I bet Savage wore the Ultimate Maniacs gear during it.
Can’t wait to see the match that made The Mountie quit
And Nailz/Warrior wonder if that’s more the. 30 seconds

I also have zero memory of Jimmy Garvin in WWE. This is a must see for that.
