Even if I never watch it I love when thought to be lost artifacts are released.
Les Thornton vs. Joe Lightfoot is really a fun match. Really active

The Mysterio/Calo match is in broadcast quality and has multiple cameras shooting it. It looks like something that actually aired on Nitro, just with no commentary. For some reason, a lot of the WWE dark matches that get released look like VHS tapes dubbed in SLP mode and also have a time code on screen (plus were not shot at ringside, just from the hard camera). I noticed that too. In the chaos that was WCW, I'm surprised they put that much care into a match that they didn't think anyone outside of the crowd would see. ......there weren't any pre-taped match format shows in WCW, were there? Worldwide had its own set & matches, as did Pro, Main Event and Saturday Night. I mean, that sounds like the way they'd shoot matches at MSG to air later on Prime Time Wrestling, and I'd like to say they planned to air it somehow, but......there was nowhere for it *to* air. Huh, interesting.

Huh, interesting. Towards the end of Main Event's run (when it aired Saturday mornings on TBS), they'd sometimes air Nitro dark matches, and Worldwide matches from 1999-2000 would be taped at Saturday Night or Nitro/Thunder tapings.

I believe Konnan won the U.S title on a WCW Monday Nitro dark match from the One Man Gang in January of 1996, they aired the match a few weeks later on (I think) Main Event.

I wish they'd do some of the preshow dark matches from the early HD era. I saw Fandango vs. Armando Estrada at a SmackDown in 2008, and I'd love to Takeshi Morishima's WWE Tryout.

According to some of the production people,Verne brought in somebody who knew nothing about wrestling to produce the TCS. It shows. Especially the weird fetishy foxy boxing stuff

Oh wow. That was a special kind of terrible. From the goof with Greg Gagne, to the awful green screen, to the "crowd". I am kind of sad we don't get the follow up with Yoko next wee.

WWE Network News has confirmed that this week's Hidden Gem is the 2-hour, Sunday version of the 1993 Survivor Series Showdown. There's also a 1-hour version which aired the next night and was billed as a Raw episode (though not part of Raw's episode count), but that's not being added.

Good, since this year is the 25th anniversary of that Survivor Serirs

Has this ever been re-broadcast or made available any other time - like 24/7?
