Wow, just when you thought the AWA couldn't have sunk any lower than the Team Challenge Series here they were being reduced to performing at a Kellogg's corporate retreat.
I'm super grateful to whomever in the WWE recovered this from the tape library because they just made my night.

I’m watching March to WrestleMania IX now; is it weird that I got a big smile on my face when the WrestleMania music video played?
It was quite something to hear Bobby Heenan say that by the time Mr. Perfect recovers from getting knocked out by Lex Luger, it’ll be WrestleMania 20. Back then that seemed so far off, and now we’re 15 years (!) removed from that show.
I hope WWE keeps adding these network specials they used to hype PPVs, like the SummerSlam Spectacular.
(Now would be a good time to upload this particular one, given Rey’s questionable attire this week.)

But enough about that....I CAN'T GET OVER THE CEREAL THING STILL!!!!!!
Tony the Tiger SO needed a bigger role. I mean, LEE MARSHALL did his voice after Thurl Ravencroft, for god's sake!

Yeah, but that wasnt until 1999, so unless Lee had a TARDIS, there was no way he would have known the significance.

Looking at this, it's a miracle Kellogg's survived into the 2000s.

Regarding the Road to WrestleMania IX show, it's funny they spent time building up to Kamala vs. Bam Bam Bigelow... and they didn't even air the match due to time restraints.

The HBK/Austin match from 96 sounds cool, they had some matches that were way better than their Mania encounter.

This week's Gems are..... WWF Superstars Dark Match; Apr. 6, 1993 Lightning in a BottleThe Lightning Kid (1-2-3 Kid) vs. Louie Spicolli According to Twitter, Waltman has been looking for this match for years and it was something of a holy grail for him. Happy for him that it's finally surfaced. This feel good story is kind of being overshadowed by the Tom MaGee news, but if gives me hope we'll see the Mexico match between Paul London and Jeff Hardy some day.

The Luger segment, isn't that the one where they had Luger come out with the title to see how it would look?
