Yeah, I know for sure I've seen it on Amazon, so there's really no reason it couldn't air on the Network, especially with it having been a joint production. How much would it cost WWE, though? HBO would give a break to Amazon, because they reach far more people, and can promote other HBO shows. With WWE, it would just be that documentary. It shouldn't cost WWE anything because they co-produced it. They let HBO use WWE footage, plus allowed HBO access to Vince, Lawler, and anyone else who appeared in the doc and currently work for WWE.

Hulk Still Rules from 2002 isn't on there, which is a shame because back in the days when DVDs were a luxury item since you were a kid, I watched it over and over again to get my wrestling fix on home video.
What's sad in hindsight is that I remember the DVD showing a young black fan getting emotional about meeting Hogan for helping inspire him to get away from gangs and put his life back together - with Hogan genuinely moved upon being told this - only for Hogan's racist comments to come out all these years later.

I dug that DVD out the other day and that bit with the fan at the end still brings a tear to my eye. Even with Hogan’s later comments, it still packs an emotional punch.

What's weird is that if you search for WWE beyond the ring, you get a plethora more than if you just go to the WWE Beyond the Ring section.

Yeah, if you search for it, you get a bunch of results from other sections. I didn't notice any videos that were hidden or anything, though. Some deleted Collections still have their videos available via search.

You don't get anything you can't find just by browsing. It's matches from the Collections section or matches from full shows that are marked so you can skip right to them.

I haven't done it in a while, and I'm speaking strictly from the firestick perspective, but Roddy Piper's Born to Controversy, Dusty Rhodes' American Dream, Brian Pillman's Loose Cannon, Greatest Superstars of the 1980s, and Wrestling's Most Powerful Families are the ones that I remember.

Those are in the Beyond the Ring section, at least on the web version of the Network.

Most of those old 2000's DVDs were terrible.

Weirdness, I just did a quick scan....once again on firestick....add Superstar Billy Graham and Rise and Fall of ECW....you'd think they'd have once source of truth on that, regardless of platform.

Here is the number of entries for each year of "Beyond the Ring" on the web version: 2004: 2 ("The Rise and Fall of WCW" should be under 2009) 2005: 3 2006: 7 2007: 4 2008: 5 2009: 4 2010: 8 ("The True Story of WrestleMania" should be under 2011) 2011: 8 2012: 10 2013: 6 2014: 8 ("The Best of WCW Monday Nitro" should be under 2011) 2015: 4 2016: 4

Strangely, The History of WWE is not available on the Network anymore (I could have sworn it used to be there).

Maybe they removed it due to all the clips of mainstream media coverage of the WWE that are on the dvd, or maybe it's due to them having a segment on Owen's death (likely the same reason the Owen dvd isnt on the network).

I've been a regular subscriber since 2014, and I don't remember ever seeing the "WWE 50" doc on the Network. The first time I saw it was when I bought the Blu-ray edition around 2016.

There’s at least one exception: The Rise & Fall of ECW. It’s available on the Network, and his segments are intact. Not saying you’re wrong but I have zero recollection of him being interviewed on there. It’s been too long since I watched it last. He's in the segment where they talk about the wrestling being just as important as the violence. Him and Eddie. I was in the mood to watch it today. (They do blur out the old block WWF logo on a shirt where a guy wrote "Sucks" underneath it.)
