{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}I'm guessing Palpy. The message to Gideon mentions needing a blood donor with a high M(idichlorian) count, which would be what they needed the kid for.
{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Judging from Dr. Pershing's report about the volunteers showing promising results before rejecting the blood (and presumably then dying), it seems just as likely they're trying to make Force-sensitive super soldiers. {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}When Captain America throws his mighty shiiiiield.....
All those who oppose his shield must yieeeeeld....

Fun episode again. The speeder chase managed to be more exciting and interesting than most of the sequel trilogy. It was awesome. So, {Spoiler} the black suit things in the end shot. Are they elite soldiers, or some sort of droid army?

I thought it was a great episode, even for a filler {Spoiler}not sure about what looked to be Clones. Probably has something to do with the Final Order. But where the Emperor was for 30+ years needs a better explanation.

So my mother gave me an early holiday present, the ANIMATRONIC BABY YODA, not the talking plush, the one that's in demand like the PS5. It is beyond freaking adorable. So I decided to sit it on my lap while I watched the episode, and it actually giggled and laughed at certain points. Not sure if this was random, or it actually can recognize the show (I doubt it), but still, a very fun episode, but I still think that, even more so now: {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}The Child is actually the Yoda we all know and love, because how did they know about the Child to begin with? My theory is that Yoda is in fact the keeper of Jedi force, and when he passed in ROTJ, he begins a rebirth process, because Yoda is essentially the source of all Jedi knowledge, and is part of the first Force Dyad (which I know a lot of people dislike from RoS), and if anyone is curious, yes, I believe there is a keeper of the Sith knowledge, and that is likely Palpatine.
Knowing this, the Empire, possibly the First Order, knew it could be easier to take Yoda as a child.
As for who they're transfusing blood into, yeah, maybe the Dark/Death Troopers, maybe Palpatine, it seems likely, but for a second, just think about the concept that it's Finn receiving these transfusions, hence, his reason for being force sensitive, aside from "oh, I just happen to be force sensitive randomly, but never get the chance to mention it."
This would be about the time Finn was taken as a child, considering TFA is 30 years ABY, would it not?.
But the crucial element here is if Yoda is part of the primary Force Dyad, who is the other half? Well, that's my next wild theory, that at the end of this season, we will be seeing...
a BABY YADDLE.
Yeah, this probably is wrong all the way, just my imagination.

If I have got the math right then Baby Yoda would have been born around the same time when Anakin Skywalker was born, oh hang on

Did anyone else not even notice the Mandalorian Boob Armour until all the betas started raging about it on social media?

Did anyone else not even notice the Mandalorian Boob Armour until all the betas started raging about it on social media? A lot of those details I never notice til it's pointed out. Read earlier there was a stage hand in the background of a scene. Had no idea, never saw it when I watched.

Are these the same folks who got their panties in a bunch in the first season when Cara Dune went toe-to-toe with Mando only to go all "She's one of us!" when Gina Carano showed her true colours?

I finally got around to watching the four episodes of this season yesterday. This shit is f***ing awesome! I think it's even better than season 1. The Biba Fett armor, the Boba Fet/possibly Clone Trooper character, the world building of the time between ROTJ and Force Awakens, the classic stormtroopers, live action Ashoka coming, the callbacks to Clone Wars and Rebels, and to top it all off even without all that shit it would still be a fun show.
Question for Star Wars experts: Is the Cantina he hangs out at on Tatooine THE Cantina from the original film, or just a similar one like the one in Force Awakens?

It's the very same one, and the droid working behind the bar is the "You're a feisty little one" droid from Jabba's palace, with the implication being that after Jabba's death she killed the droid-hating previous owner and took over.
