Except I didn't start the ball rolling on Other Kevin and it was either I voted for him or I was done because of how militant skull had gotten in calling for my head. Wanting to lynch a scummy player for playing like Scum doesn't make me militant. It makes me normal, because that's what Town is supposed to do.
Yawn. Same old song and dance from Scum-Gus. Discredit me hard enough and maybe people will listen to you eventually. Skull0mancer - So you go all out on Gus being scum, but the town goes with another opinion which is wrong so now you decide to go quiet? That's not why I've lost interest in the game. Don't try to needlessly antagonize me. It's not going to work. Suddenly throwing up your hands and hiding back means even if he’s town, he’s holding us back. Preemptively trying to justify a lynch on Town, I see. It's militant if you're going after the wrong person, which you have been the entire time and for an extremely flimsy reason. Add to that the fact that you're outright lashing out at anyone else who calls you out and it adds up to an extremely unpleasant picture. Vote: skull0mancerYou were asked to explain why you suddenly decided to go inactive. You replied with outright hostility. When I asked Joker if there was anything to his suspicion of you, you chose to keep targeting me rather than even try to disprove him. If you're not scum, then you're certainly playing a very dangerous game and either way it will end badly for you.

So, Gus spends the entirety of Day 2 subtly attacking my credibility, but it's only after I drop a vote on him that he finds me scummy enough to vote for me. We can add that to the extensive list of reasons why Gus is Scum. Let's recap, shall we? Reactionary play? Check. No significant attempts to actually find Scum? Check. Subtle, repeated attempts to discredit the player who wants to lynch him the most? Check. Unwillingness to engage in meaningful interactions with players who are suspicious of him? Check. Waiting for other players to do something that will give him a reason to vote? Check. Appeals to emotion? Check. Appeals to fear? Check. Surface-level Town reads and Scum reads that he cannot explain when prompted? Check. Attacking votes against him instead of questioning the logic behind those votes? Check. Vacuous snark in place of genuine interaction? Check. Attempting to direct Town's investigative role(s) into doing what he wants? Check. Unwarranted over-defensiveness when questioned? Check. Like, wow, you guys. Why didn't we lynch this on Day 1 again? If someone were to create a template of a quintessential Scum player, this is what it would look like. In everyone's next post, I would like you to do one of two things: 1.) Vote for Gus 2.) Explain why you aren't voting for Gus (and it had better be a darn good explanation)

In everyone's next post, I would like you to do one of two things: 1.) Vote for Gus 2.) Explain why you aren't voting for Gus (and it had better be a darn good explanation)
1. Who spent so much time going after me for a post I explained long ago? You. Who spent so much time hounding me when I was trying to focus on going after scum? You. Who has gotten nastier and nastier towards anyone who has called him out? YOU. Who has had an extremely shitty attitude towards someone who spent Day One trying to get you to NOT have that kind of an attitude because it's detrimental to the game in general and makes you a rather unlikeable person overall? YOU! That's not "discrediting," that's FACT. Your attitude both days has sucked. That's not "discrediting," it's FACT. 2. I have done nothing to discredit you. At all. The only, ONLY, person who has been doing ANY discrediting this entire time has been YOU. That is FACT. 3. "Unwillingness to engage in-" Dude, are you f***ing serious? Have you been paying ANY attention to anything other than your own twisted view of the game? Of course not. If you were, you would be actively engaging in meaningful interactions with anyone who has called you out rather than continuing to be awful towards me, towards Joker (WHO YOU HAVE STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ANY SORT OF EXPLANATION TO!), and towards Jono. THAT'S NOT "DISCREDITING," THAT'S FACT. 4. "Waiting for-" What the hell are you talking about? If that were a scum tactic, EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO PLAYS A GODDAMNED MAFIA GAME WOULD BE SCUM! Waiting isn't a scum tactic because sometimes by waiting you actually can get reads on people or may be able to follow something that comes up. Once again, FACT. 5. "Appeal to-" Uh, no. I have not done that and now you are really stretching/making shit up to justify a bad lynch. THAT is a scum tactic. 6. I HAVE explained my reads when prompted. If you were to actually look, you'd see that. 7. I DID question the logic behind voting against me. You gave me no answer other than "YOU'RE SCUM AND I HOPE YOU GET LYNCHED!". Tyger at least gave me a real answer. 8. Any snark directed at you was/is because you're either scum or a highly unlikable Town who is a complete lost cause in trying to reason with as almost all your interactions have proven. 9. So I'm intent on proving to everyone that I'm Town. Has it ever occurred to you that I would do that because I really AM Town? 10. Pot and kettle, skull. You've gotten extremely ugly whenever I or anyone else has questioned you on anything. Once more, THAT IS A FACT. So your insistence that my gameplay is a template for how scum plays is utter bullshit. THIS IS HOW I PLAY ALMOST EVERY SINGLE GAME! And guess what? I'VE PLAYED THIS WAY AS TOWN REPEATEDLY! Hell, Brad said that earlier in the game, that I play a very aggressive game. That's why he said he thought I was Town. Or are you going to go after him too because what he said disagrees with what you think? But here's the biggest thing: If I WERE scum, you wouldn't have made it to Day Two because I'd be begging for you to be night-killed. I wouldn't be wanting you on my ass constantly for the entire game, and as Town, I'm even more sick of your crap. If you get lynched and flip Town, I'll sit back next day phase and watch the votes come in and accept my fate. But I don't think you will. My vote stays on you.

Ok after following the latest discussion I am going to vote.
One way or another this will solve some mysteries.
Vote: Gus +Mileena
If this rolls up town then Skull is getting my vote next time, but I can’t vote for him today as someone who got Kevin must be mafia.

That's a fairly detailed list of reasons. Sadly, while people are on Big Bad Brad for "piling" on and voting for Kevin. People seem to forget that I voted for Kevin last and ultimately got him lynched. That was a mistake. That was why I was kinda sitting back this time after listing my reasons for Gus Richlen: RuffianSo, As to avoid being the "killing" vote once more, I will agree with Skull as he gave me town vibes day 1. Vote: Gus Richlen: RuffianLet's hope we're not making another mistake.

And seriously, everyone, look how I played in True Blood Mafia and compare it to how I have been playing this. I was Town almost the entire time just like I am Town now, and the only thing I'm doing differently is trying to be less of an asshole. But when someone wants to take the low road, I am going to respond in kind and that's what I have had to do with skull.

Final Counting of the VotesGus Richlen: Ruffian (6 nominations-Brandon Walsh is Insane. , @irontyger , Skull0mancer , Joker , @dante , Big Bad Brad ) Skull0mancer (1 nomination-Gus Richlen: Ruffian )Having received 6 ballots, Gus Richlen: Ruffian has been eliminated.---------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 April 1888Despite the travesty that was the demise of poor George Lund, the Whitechapel Vigilance Committee meets for a second night in a row, hoping to catch the vile cur that finished off the founder of said committee. One member seems to be a tad bit nervous this eve, fidgeting with an item in his coat pocket. Sweat gathers on his brow feverishly, his eyes darting to and fro, not able to focus on the proceedings. The woman to his right seems very off put by his anxiety and speaks to the man. "Pardon my saying so, sir, but you seem to have had a bit of a fright. Are you feeling well? May I fetch you a glass of brandy to calm your nerves?" The man whips around to face the source of the voice and screams, "NO! I don't need anything from you!" This gains the attention of the entire room, everyone taken aback at his sudden, unprovoked outburst. As he faces the poor woman, his coat flies open and a knife holster is briefly glimpsed underneath; a small spattering of blood adorns the worn, faded leather of the receptacle. The woman catches sight of this and screams bloody murder. "He's got a bloody knife! He's the killer!!! HE'S HERRRRREEEEE!!!!" The man faces a sea of angry citizens, ready to pounce. "She lies!," Thomas Benn exclaims. "Don't you people know who I am? I'm Thomas Benn, lead investigator on this case. I've been sent here by my superiors to find this man that some are dubbing "The Ripper." After the demise of one Mr. George Lund, I was assigned to keep an eye on these vigilante proceedings to make sure the perpetrator was not amongst you!" A man approaches Thomas and asks to see some identification. As Thomas reaches inside his coat for his badge the man also catches sight of his hidden implement of bloody destruction. "This man is The Ripper! I've seen the blade of death myself! Let's hang him!" And with that proclamation, Thomas Benn, Mafia Godfather was brutalized by the citizen lynch mob. A rope was procured from the crowd and a noose quickly fashioned. In no time at all, this violent madman was hung by the neck from the rafters of the assembly hall, his limp body proudly on display for all to see. Satisfied with their work, the members of the Whitechapel Vigilance Committee head out; some head to the papers to tell of the story and possibly gain some monetary compensation for the grisly details. Others head home, satisfied that the murderer was brought to justice and that their safety is mostly restored. It is now NIGHT PHASE. There is to be no posting in the thread until Tuesday, November 13 at 5 PM Pacific time.`

5 April 1888
Another dark and cool night envelops the town of Whitechapel. As the hour grows closer to midnight, the usual hustle and bustle begins to quiet down; only the seediest and bravest souls walk the streets at this time of night. One derelict soul, searching for his next bottle of booze makes his way down Pinchin street, staggering as he walks. Up ahead underneath a railway arch, he thinks he sees a knapsack in the shadows. "Dis must be me lucky day," the drunkard mutters to himself.
As the opportunistic man makes his way closer, he notices that it is not a knapsack he spies, but a dark sheet. Undeterred, he walks over to the sheet and grabs onto it with his right hand. "Eh, wot? 'Tis soaked! What is this?" Angrily, the man pulls the sheet away and recoils in absolute horror. Underneath he finds a disembodied lower torso; no limbs attached, very little remains of who the poor victim was. The cuts appear to have been made in anger, as the jagged edges of torn flesh flap in the slight breeze.
The man runs away screaming, leaving the grim remains to be discovered at first light. The headline in the next day's paper will read as follows: "Ripper Strikes Again!"
Dead: Brandon Walsh is Insane.
It is now Day 3. Deadline will e at 21 of November, promptly at 4pm.
With 8 Alive it will require 5 nominations to constitute an elimination.

Yeah. I apologize very much for ghosting on day two. I ran into some weird ass internet issues. Once my net got back up at home, for some reason there were like 3-4 websites I go to that just would not connect. Proboards being one of them.
