Looks like Legend of the Three Caballeros will finally get a US release through Disney+

I have mixed feelings about Legend of Three Cabrellros. It has good aspects and bad. The bad ones being the animation which looked very cheep especially compared to Ducktales 2017. And their protrayl of Daisy was just awful, she is almost the exact opposite of the Daisy in Micky Mouse and the Road Racers. Of course the good is having the Three Cabrelleros back together, and a story line that connects to each episode, and my favorite part of the show is April, May, and June only speaking appearances ever and and they had some show stealing moments.

Forget Rescue Rangers, I want to know why the Goodfeathers are in that concept art?

I really can hardly put into words how much I hate the art styles on the new Mickey Mouse cartoons and in that concept art.

Song of the South I get. Leave that one in the past. Disney clearly have, fair enough.
But the crows in Dumbo have been problematic for years, but Disney still saw fit to release Dumbo unedited on VHS, then on DVD then on Blu Ray. So only NOW it’s a problem?

I really can hardly put into words how much I hate the art styles on the new Mickey Mouse cartoons and in that concept art. Agreed. I saw the CnD article and it's not appealing, and betrays the fact that their designs were always realistic. Will MacNeille and Burton at least be doing the voices? EDIT: it's described as "non verbal." Oh, @#$& me. I mean, in the original shorts, they relied more on body language and physical comedy than dialogue, obviously. But after Rescue Rangers and all, it's a step back.

Chip and Dale? I love those guys "Oh no no no, I don't love them nearly as much as you do!" "Correct you are! I apologize that you don't love them as much as me!" "I apologize too for not loving them as much as you!"

See, I liked the show because they characters weren't as stylized as they are on DT'17 (not that I'm against that style). Didn't notice the animation being too choppy or cheap looking.

With all these new show announcements, I just have this feeling that the old content so many people want to automatically be on there really......won't be. Some, perhaps, but if people expect all of the Disney Afternoon and every Mickey & Goofy short to be there Day 1....not sure...
Unlike the Disney Channel, which was propped up for a few years almost solely by the archives, they have a TON of new stuff seemingly ready for launch.

There will be the really good originals, I'm sure, and then you have...Chip 'n' Dale In Name Only. (I revisited the press release for that...really? Does everything have to be like TTG? Dunno what's less appealing...CnDINO's designs or the creepy humanoids on Nickelodeon's Alvin and the Chipmunks) People are going to expect to see the history of Disney and its holdings represented...moreso with the Fox deal fresh in our minds. (And now I am wondering...will they withhold the classic content for fear of having to go through it and weed out "offensive" stuff like they did to Dumbo?) Hopefully they'll have choice highlights up there, kind of like how the Network started with most of the WWE/WCW/ECW PPVs only. Then move on from there.

We know at a minimum they intend to have essentially their whole film back catalogue on there with a few exceptions like Song of the South. No word really yet though as to TV stuff. It'll be weird though if they have The Simpsons on there and not Gargoyles or Darkwing Duck.

Remember that they'll have to hold stuff back to add later as incentives to get new people to subscribe. I'm sure they won't put everything on there all at once.

Early black and white Mickey Mouse cartoons did have blackface from time to time, to say nothing of Mickey’s behavior not exactly being PC, let alone a corporate symbol. Remember, he SHOT PLUTO in a short on a hunting trip. Then there is the WWII shorts. If Der Fuehrer’s Face shows up for viewing, I for one would be absolutely stunned. Good luck showing Education For Death or Reason and Emotion. And then there’s the Story of Mensturation... Most of Donald, Goofy and later Mickey should be fine, but Disney did a LOT that, at least, might be troublesome.

Yeah it'll be not unlike when Warner Bros. acquired Hanna-Barbera and preferred the Scooby-Doo franchise over its own Looney Tunes, it seems.

I wish they'd add all of that stuff and just put disclaimers before it or age-restrict it or something.
