OK, watching the Tom Hanks film “Big” which was recently added to Disney+ in Australia.
Censorship does not seem to be applied to this. The profanity including an “F” word (said by a child actor no less) is included, and the heavily implied sex scene between an adult and a child trapped in a adults body is included (the bit where Tom Hanks feels Elizabeth Perkins’ breast is included)
It’s weird what they censor and don’t censor on this service sometimes.

No word on whether or not it'll cost $30 like Mulan did, but there you go.
EDIT: Nope. It won't cost anything extra. They're just throwing it on there.

Pleased to see this. I didn’t really give a hoot about Mulan ‘20, but I was interested in Soul and was curious whether they’d take the same approach with it.
