Mostly off the heels of people not feeling Lashley in WWE right now but dude was legit in TNA
Gail Kim would be another one, to the detriment of us fans but they treated her like royalty
Try to keep the "developmental names" like Chelsea Green to a minimum since she never really had an onscreen legit character

Tomko. Dude went from a joke in WWE to a guy who legit should have broken out as a singles star in TNA.
I'd argue Christian as a serious competitor. Christian had a great career in WWE but they never did a good job of building him up as a serious threat.

That run got him a full time gig in New Japan but his addictions got him fired. Ironically, Karl Anderson got his job in New Japan because they were looking a replacement for Tomko.

EC3 was a comedy jobber in wwe, in tna he became the man. Although I’m sure the steroids helped.

Scott Steiner, should have made him get the surgery before debuting him, WWE. Bobby Roode, Monty Brown and R-Truth. Roode, so far it's yes. Monty Brown, I'd say shouldn't count since he retired early into his WWE run (and it was reported that Vince was big on him) due to his sister's death. And Truth has become a staple of WWE, comedy guy who has enough credibility and is over enough to go against main eventers. Truth has a great spot.

Christian Scott Steiner Gail Kim Bobby Roode Austin Aries Raven
Bobby Lashley... yeah he’s done alright in WWE but TNA used him PERFECTLY.
Bully Ray... again like Lashley, he did good in WWE but TNA let him flourish as a solo heel act and it was brilliant. It made me think he was wasted in the Dudley Boyz all those years.

It made me think he was wasted in the Dudley Boyz all those years. The thing that makes this a great example is that WWE did try to split them up before, but the went with Bubba as a goofy, backwards hat wearing face, while going with Reverend D-Von as a heel...but it flopped, so they put them back together. While TNA smartly went the other way & turned Brother Ray into the sadistic, assholeish Bully Ray, where he became not just one of, if not the best heel, in TNA, but one of the best heels in wrestling for quite a while. And, while he never became World Champ, Devon as the betrayed, never say die family man, had a good run as a face.

They missed a massive opportunity not having Bully Ray in WWE. I was hoping for that back in 2016.

And let's not forget Low ki.

Just those who were in WWE prior to TNA Mr. Anderson Robbie E Eddie Edwards Bram Eddie Edwards only had that one tryout match in NXT, and his tag partner Davey Richards f***ed things up for him. And Robbie E wasn't actually signed by WWE - Dude had one match as an enhancement talent and a skit with Edge.
There was no way in hell TNA used Mr Anderson better than WWE did. Not only did TNA turn him every few months, the dude had his brains scrambled by Jeff Hardy when the latter was out of his skull on drugs, then made him a spokeperson on the dangers of concussions. This was at the same time they had Homicide brain Rob Terry with a steel chair, and had Eric Young play an idiot after smashing his head off a guard rail.
Bram was in the original Ascension in NXT before he was fired. TNA booked him in a match against Rosemary, after his arrest for domestic battery. And lets not forget that TNA actually turned a wrestler with the nickname "The Chesterfield Plague" face, or how he was stuffed into the boot of a car then turned up months later as part of the DCC.
