They should just give Mojo Rawley a full on footballer gimmick.
Shoulder pads, helmet, football in hand... the lot.
I mean the dude sucks ass anyway so he might aswel stand out with an actual gimmick.

I don't give a shit what anyone says, I like Mojo Rawley. Sure, he's not the greatest in the ring, but he's not nearly as bad as everyone says he is, and he has decent mic skills for what he does. Most of all, he seems like a great dude and absolutely busts his ass at every single thing he does. He may not be great, but you'll never see Mojo half-ass anything ever.
Honestly, he needs to find it in himself to be a vicious heel. He would be great in an "enforcer" or "goon" type role in a tag team or a stable. And given his natural size and speed, he would ve a believable threat to anyone. He's damn agile for a man his size, too. Put him with a bunch of veterans in a stable where he works mostly tag stuff and just let him learn.
I think Mojo still has a ton of potential, they just need to put him in the right circumstances to bring it to the surface.

How did being put in a tag team that actually got him TV time "ruin his identity", especially when he didn't have to change his character at all? That statement makes zero sense. If he didn't like it that's fine, but that complaint is a complete asspull.
Also, let's be honest, he's lucky to even be employed. If he were around back in the days of annual spring cleaning, he'd have already been future endeavored for sure.

So he went from being an annoying doofus to being an annoying doofus that's in a tag team. Don't really understand how it ruined his identity. Seriously, he was exactly the same in the Hype Bros as he was before they teamed up... hell Mojo being so obnoxious that even Zack Ryder was the straight man was a genius move. They Hype Ryder was a great finisher as well. I don't even hate Mojo, I think dude has charisma and energy that could be something, and he stopped using the earthquake splash as his finisher which is good. But... unless he's kayfabing on the Podcast he's just talking out of his ass that it ruined his identity.

I guess he has Hype Woes. Think he was happier when they broke up, becoming Hype foes?

I never got the impression that both of them weren’t into the pairing, so I guess kudos for keeping up the facade and not letting it slip.

Did Mojo even have anything to ruin? Fixed your post Mojo is worse than Big Ass. His #1 trait is that he's friends with Gronk. I'm on the opposite fence on this one. While I find Mojo to be annoying as hell, he still has a f*** ton of charisma, and works his ass off. Big Ass...he cut robotic promos, had negative charisma, and the only reason he was pushed was because "iz tall". Mojo may be friends with Gronk, but from what I've seen the dude earned his keep. It wasn't like the Hype Bros were a tag team of one guy who couldn't wrestle good but could talk fire, and another guy who was passable in wrestling, but couldn't talk for shit. The team had legs to stand on, they were just used wrong. I also can't believe I'm defending Mojo.

Mojo was someone who I thought would get a push after he won the ARMBAR last year but now I forgot he was employed until this post.

But wasn't Mojo doing all of this before the Hype Bros? Like Mojo was the Hype and Zack Ryder was the Bro. I don't get why he's blaming the team on all the stuff Mojo brought to the team to begin with.

He should start stalking Miz and begging him to become his mentor. Start using Riley's awesome theme song, wear robes like Sandow and do callbacks to bits of Miz's career. Hell steal the it kicks and call them hype kicks so Graves can go mad for them.

Yeah, me either.
I don't understand why Hawkins/Ryder aren't a tag team again. They have chemistry, are real life friends that currently do a figure hunting show online, and they're both doing jack shit. Hawkins has the loser streak thing, but they don't even bother using him anymore, so they might as well end it.

Glad they both got out of that team they didn't want to be in. They've both really taken off since then. Right call👍

This is the first time I've agreed with Mojo. I didn't want to see them on TV either.

Hype Bros were a wasted opportunity. Two enormously obnoxious characters teaming up is a goldmine. Backstage segments where Ryder is sleazily hitting on some lady while Mojo runs around yelling in people's faces. That can work. I actually like Rawley; I think he has legit charisma and acting ability. But he just didn't use it with Ryder. I've been wanting a Varsity Club type of jocky midcard faction with Jinder, Mojo, and Gable. It'd give three floundering guys something fun to do, and while it'd be yet another team for Gable, it'd make sense given his athletic background. Not sure about Jinder, do a trade, bring over Shelton Benjamin and I'd be down with that, full letterman jackets, frat boy obnoxiousness from Mojo/Gable.

As someone that loved Breaking Ground years ago, this isn't too surprising. They always looked like they kinda wanted to die working with eachother and I'm surprised the whole thing even made it out of NXT. I remember Zack Ryder said in all seriousness that The Hype Bros may be the last shot he has at a wrestling career Zack at the time was only 30.
