Am I the only one who canât tell who sent her what message in that video? Like, When she clicks on a snap, she moves the camera slightly and I canât see what name sheâs clicking on.

Although with Ellsworth lawyering up, she might be in a legal battle anyway, and Iâm guessing James has more resources in this battle. The thing is, if she's not pressing charges, then the only scenario in which it even goes to court is if he has some sort of proof that she fabricated all of it, and he's suing her over it. If he actually sent her the pics/videos, and she decides to not follow up on it, he won't need his lawyer for anything. Time will tell. It's in the realm of possibility that she has no desire to go through everything necessary to press charges and deal with the legal system. She could be satisfied simply exposing the guy as a creep/pedo on social media and letting public opinion of the guy serve as his punishment. It's a lot less time and headaches. Legally speaking, as she's a minor, she can't press charges herself. Her parents would press charges on her behalf as her legal guardians. Or a prosecutor can also press charges. It's also very likely that Ellsworth was not in the same state as the girl in question, which would make this a federal crime.
Also age of consent laws vary by state in the US, but they're mostly to cover teenagers having consensual sex so one partner doesn't commit statutory rape. They certainly don't apply to a grown ass man like Ellsworth.

The defense squad saying âEllsworth is a family man. He has credibility and this girl doesnâtâ Its crazy how some people think they know a person just because they were on TV. Yeah, she has no credibility at all. Other than all the photo and video evidence she has the dude is a scumbag.

Yeah in Indiana, I think 16/17 is consensual with parental approval. Also, I think there is an age limit for the adult partner, but I could be wrong. Obviously an 18 year old dating a 16 year old isn't bad, so I could be wrong, but it is more set up for those type of situations. But I really don't want to look this up.

I didn't know anyone cared enough about Ellsworth to be defending him on Twitter Again, this goes back to the culture of victim blaming, which is a constant on social media in which people blame the person affected by saying "Oh, she had it coming". The thing that these people so ignorantly forget when they go, "But he's a family man!" is that, for a family man, why is he sending dick pics to a teenager, when he himself has daughters? But, this is illogical given the fact that, two years ago, these same people would have been outraged at a guy like Ellsworth getting a WWE contract.

Yeah here in the UK age of consent is 16. But the law is different in the US, and still, she's less than half his age. it also varies by state... but either way a grown ass man hitting on a 16 year old is pretty gross. It is, totally.

I didn't know anyone cared enough about Ellsworth to be defending him on Twitter I dunno if it's defending him or the gross "all females are liars" mentality. Likely a mix of both.

I think the thread title should be changed. Ellsworth definitely send her the pictures and videos.
Thereâs no ifs, he did it. The girl taped herself going through her Snapchat and you can clearly see Ellsworthâs account as the one who sent her that stuff.

Personally I think he should get booked in one last match. 3 on 1 handicap match. James Ellsworth vs Haku, Dan Severn, and Steve Blackman.

The defense squad saying âEllsworth is a family man. He has credibility and this girl doesnâtâ Its crazy how some people think they know a person just because they were on TV. in addition, when has being a âfamily manâ ever prevented someone from also being an epically shitty person? Always struck me as a weird argument. He has a family and is a man. HE COULDN'T POSSIBLY BE A CREEP! Even if he looks, sounds and has multiple people saying he's a creep. I watched him on the TV and bought his t-shirt. So he's innocent.

This is literally the third case I've seen come out this week. Thereâs a case involving someone who never got convicted but tried to start a new promotion under a false name THIS WEEK. (He got caught, everyone dropped out and then the guy got on Twitter and said he had evidence he was going to leak about the entire British industry. So...yeah) The former IPW guy? Thats funny because the other known child predator was James Davis, who's one of his best friends, and he also tried to cover for Scott Wainwright when Pollyanna exposed him for abusing her.

He clearly made the tongue-videos, but I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled the "I was hacked" defense, as the videos in the link (God how I wish I didn't click it!) doesn't show if it actually is his dick. It most likely is, but that's the direction I see him going.
Ugh, what a miserable creep of a person.

Minors in Canada, their names arenât ever published if involved in a crime, if they did it or are the victim and the accused or their victim isnât published so a person canât work out who it might be. So just the legal side is odd, then thereâs the state to state differences. Just seems like one of those times the police automatically hop in and press charges. Consent in Canada also changes if the person is in a position of power or authority. So while 16 is age on conscent, because sheâs an aspiring wrestler and he owns a promotion and what not, it would impact it again.
