OH...MY...GOD!! The piece of shit is using the R Kelly defense of saying that it wasn’t him when it’s clearly his f***ing face and his f***ing verified accounts sending the nudes. R Kelly? You sure that's not actually called the Shaggy defense? Aka "It wasn't me"? The R Kelly defense is something else I thought... although it's hard to " move the hell out of the way" from a text or DM message.

From what I’ve been told by someone close to Ellsworth and has worked with him is that he’s a sex addict. Even if this girl never reports it he’s going to get caught doing this kind of thing eventually. He can’t help himself and he’s got a serious problem. He’s going to end up like Colonel James at the end of Boogie Nights.

Yeah, neither side are coming out looking great here. If anything, sending the exact same Snapchat to multiple girls gives the "fake account" more credibility. Rajah, of all places, is claiming that Ellsworth offered to pay someone to find the girl, steal her phone and destroy it. It's just an odd story all round.

The moral of the story is still don't photograph or film your Drake Maverick unless it's your profession and therefore not your responsibility to distribute said photos or videos.

No, but if I don't take a pic of myself, no ex-girlfriend or girl I'm trying to go out with is going to put it out there? If, and this is only if because there's no verdict, this is all to be taken at face value. Age of the girl (which instantly makes this alleged situation wrong for a totally different reason) aside, Ellsworth was sending out his shit to this girl trying to get laid, and now it's out there because dude picked the wrong person to mess with, because she posted his shit. Were you looking for an morality argument on an only slightly related subject? Because there was no hacking in this discussion at all. I'm sure there are places to go battle people on that subject, but it's not here.

I'm sure there are places to go battle people on that subject, but it's not here. You asserted that no one should ever take nudes because of the risk of this happening. Someone else pointed out that as a consensual thing it’s fine. You essentially replied with “nope, never do it, that way it can never get into the public sphere”. Which I think is a bullshit, victim blaming argument you wouldn’t make if the person in question were female. The issue here is that Ellsworth sent these photos unsolicited and to a minor, not that he took them in the first place.

Ellsworth f***ed up. Knock off the posts, regarding whether it's right or wrong, for people to take personal pics like that. First and last warning.

I ..don't want to believe Ellsworth. But the girls response is strange. Sure you could adhere it to her being young, but all the talk of gossip she's heard sounds weird if the dude legit sent you, a teenager, all those pics/video. That should rightfully take precedent. What a mess of a situation.
As for why he brought it up after a week...whether he's lying or not, he's probably gonna try to save face so he can still work but I agree with what others have said, his career might just be f***ed-f***ed by now, regardless of what happens.

Yes. Which isn't ok. The guilty until proven innocent mind set has got to slow down a bit. Everything this underage kid released issupposedly literally criminal activity thats now public accusations. Parents aren't getting involved here? Police aren't getting involved? And everything posted by the accuser is "this wrestler said this to me and that wrestler talked to me too and they said this." Like I said from the very beginning im not sure what this is but I think it's not as cut and dry as everyone assumed at first. Is there any proof beyond this persons twitter that they are really a 16 year old girl? Is this twitter role play catfishing cranked to 11? Regardless public opinion has been made and James is probably done which if he is innocent sucks, and if he isn't isn't enough punishment.

She's a teen in an emotional situation (regardless of whether you believe her, she's in the middle of a shitstorm & it has to be affecting her mental state). I wouldn't be expecting a perfectly coherent, well-written and logical reply from a teen at a time like this. Even some adults would struggle.
I don't think it's weird she's mentioning gossip she's heard either, I bet a tonne of people have contacted her after the allegations came out; likely some trolls, and some not (and again, whether the stories people tell her are true, I don't know). But I find it plausible that people have dm'ed her stories about Ellsworth and now that he's denying everything, she's saying (not very coherently) that according to what she's heard it's not just her Ellsworth has done this too.
Again. I don't know the truth. But I don't think her statement is a reason not to believe her.

No and that's due to the fact that she likely doesn't expect that someone will hack and post her private photos. No one really does, right?

There's a difference between something being a good security and privacy practice, and something being your fault. You should have an anti-virus on while perusing the internet, but not doing so doesn't mean you invited the viruses in, so the people putting spyware on your computer to steal your passwords are still committing a crime. There are very real risks in sending nudes and putting that information out there and it is prudent to not do those things, but that's a different world from actual fault.

If he is innocent, this is what he's going to be remembered for. If he is guilty, he's a sleaze. Well, if there's any actual truth to the idea of Ellsworth impostor accounts (that somehow have real James Ellsworth nude pics) sending the dick pics and not him, he's got a good reason to clear his name. Still seems like a stretch though, considering the story is that Ellsworth gave this girl his Twitter handle at a show. Well, there was that person who claimed to be Cynthia Heenan for a year or more, made frequent contact with Mick Foley, then joined Twitter again claiming to Heenan, got verfified with Foley’s help. And it was all a long con. Some people have a lot of time on their hands.

Seems weird to me that in the post #MeToo age, all these people are DMing her saying Ellsworth is a creep, instead of putting it out on Twitter things they may have seen or heard. Why stay quiet? Ellsworth isn't important, he's not gonna hurt anyone's career, if you have dirt on a dirty dude, spill it. Just another question mark on all this.

There is a strong "damaged goods" stigma that can get pinned to people, and there's also a lot of pressure to not rock the boat. I also don't know if there are contractual reasons to not bring it up, in the case of anyone under WWE employ, but I would imagine that if he is pulling these stunts on indie women, and I can pretty easily buy he is, it's something I could see him being more wary of trying in WWE. With his latest statement, I imagine this isn't the last we'll be hearing, one way or another.
