Speaking of more activity maybe if they get better TV deal and timeslot.
As I said in my post also, a new TV deal will be an indication of where the future lies for them. I'm betting that a crucial moment of where all the former fans will go will be decided between the TV deal and the new wrestling company possibly coming with the NFL owner that is supposed to have a few ROH talent on board plus Jericho and JR. Hell maybe these two things will happen and the wrestling fans will be the more fortunate for it. But these two events will have to be watched closely. Cause even if only one of those things happen, there will suddenly be a new influx of money appearing in the wrestling scene with someone able to buy top tier talent other than the WWE. And that would be huge since this has not happened since TNA left Spike. But really I heard the praises but personally booking-wise and creatively-wise, I have not been impressed by the Damore-Callis regime. I keep seeing better stuff done with the same talent at other feds. It is maddening to watch. There is no buzz or excitmement. Not sure what these guys are trying to do.

Best parts of the show are generally when Fallah Bahh and KM are on, and Impact are doing their own thing with those guys. And it's working, judging by how the crowds react to those two and the rating when Bahh challenged Aries for the title.
The Thanksgiving episode, in which Bahh and KM got a lot of airtime and took part in a really fun match (yes, it was f***ing stupid, but it was the good kind of f***ing stupidity in wrestling) was the most fun episode of Impact for ages, and it felt like Impact. Apart from reminders that Cage cashed in the Gift of the Gods exercised Option C, it didn't feel like an inferior version of another product.

The great things Callis has done are eliminate most of the dumb stuff from 2017 and giving us clean finishes in 2018 PPVs, the head of creative is Sonjay Dutt(since Jarrett got fired),
If they manage to get a new tv deal and still struggling with the viewership then gotta remove Sonjay and let him focus of what he does best in Talents Relations.

As others have said. Impact’s audience today has shrunk so much its really not possible for his board to be so active. Kind of had to talk about it when you don’t even see it. If they get a new tv deal that may change.

I’m not exactly proud to admit it, but the main reason I used to come to this board at all was to revel in the LOLTNA of it all, and keep up with the real-world hijinks of Dixie’s last few years in charge. I’m glad that the new owners really do seem to be doing their best to change things and turn them around, and wish them well in doing so. But it’s just not the same.

Since the change to 10PM it’s hard for me to catch the show. Hopefully wherever they end up next goes back to decent hours and I have access to it, because it’s definitely an easier watch than the WWE these days.

I wish we could see TNA's finances, like what's the point of still being in business if you're on a very small channel with less than a hundred thousand viewers. Like how are they making ends meet?

The other time slot we already had 2 things recording on the DVR. Now I can record it each week.

About the last time I was interested in them was during the Broken Matt saga because it was fresh and different even though plenty of people hated it at the time. Now all of that has migrated to WWE and Impact has resorted to doing a no budget version of LU so eh...

Ok they cut the bleeding for the most part but are not still profitable? That’s still losing money just not as much as before.

I'll be amazed they'll get a TV deal at all. The POP TV deal is pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel, and even they want to wash their hands of them.

They couldve been profitable if it wasnt for Jarrett wasting money on Karen, Prichard, Dan Lambert and friends, the India tour in which they had to pay fans to be in their shows, etc.
2017 was such a bad year to the point Anthem was considering shutting down Impact Wrestling around BFG due to running out of money.

Sure there's talent in TNA but I'm not sure if they are well utilized. For example Sami is natually popular all over the wrestling scene but I find that the stuff they have given him as not been up to the level that he should be. I remember when Vince decided to push Stone Cold, they put a rocket on his back and let him fly, he kept stunning people on every Raw shows, his every moves more shocking than the last. Impact's way of pushing Sami is having him being part in multiple tag team matches. He should be going after Callis with a chainsaw. Do things to make people talk about around the water cooler.

The thing is that Impact lets their roster have too much creative freedom(the true opposite of WWE except NXT), the only drawback is that some of the wrestlers ideas arent exactly great.
The Undead Realm stuff was Allie and Rosemary idea for example.

That was Callihan/Eddie feud when they tried to take advantage of the broken Universe. Like "Hey lets give his hot feud a bunch of broken style cinematics, that should create more interest!!!".
The Undead Realm stuff is just the girls wanting their show Masters of the Multiverse to become a thing.
