So, will anything come out of this? Will people actually be charged with the information he is giving?
If not, that's a huge waste for the state.
And even if there is a charge, unless there is physical evidence, there is an easy defense: the witness has no credibility.

His former manager already got 15 years in jail. He's taking down the gang and some of the affiliates Also, you can't say he isn't credible when stuff he says has been backed up. He admitted to putting a hit on another rapper and they have audio and video of his kidnapping by the same gang that he was running with The state already had the pieces in place, they just needed him to fill in the gaps. Stuff like where the guns came from and inside operations is what his job is to do. Go back and read the transcripts in the previous pages if you haven't |

There's no way Daniel escapes this without any numbers or being dead. Had he not ratted everyone out, he could have done the bid and came out alive at the end of it if he played his cards right in jail. Now? Even if he escapes everyone will be on his ass more than before. Previously, they were already on his ass but he had protection. Now? He's done.
He's screwed himself over in the long run.

Yeah, he’s f***ed on the long run. Judges probably give him a 1.5 year and count all his time he done so far as time served. If he does anymore time it probably be a month or so but the aftermath is going to be the bitch. Idk if he was smart enough to secure himself a decent spot in terms of protection. |
