not for nothing but some of the original XFL guys made their way to the NFL but we'll see how things play out Hell one of them won a Superbowl ring I think walker will be picked up and maybe some of the kickers also.

I think the core guys on the Houston offense may head to the NFL
some kickers as well
couple of others too -- but these guys the XFL never had really big sample size to show what they can do, I hope some of those XFL 2.0 guys make it
I'm rooting for them

A Seattle player got the bug. 😷
Yeah, this league won't make it again.

I'd expect a few of the better QB's to get backup, third string, or practice squad jobs in the NFL. I dunno if anyone at any position is starter material, though. Except for maybe the special teams players. Even if they looked great in XFL games, the average level of talent for NFL starters in the same position is on a completely different level.
Though like last time the XFL came and went, I also expect the NFL to adapt some stuff from them that worked.

I hope they continue to experiment next year. They proved they had a concept that had decent ratings, curious where they go from here. I would love to see them introduce a 4th and 15 to replace onside kicks. I also hope they try to maximize player ability vs. name value. I know it's cool to have someone like Cardale Jones, but it seemed like the backups could often offer more. It also seemed that option/mobile QBs do better when the talent is at a lower level. And the talent is definitely out there if they look hard enough.

My wildest wish from this mess is wanting PJ Walker to be the Patriots' unlikely hero in the upcoming season... At least he's good enough to be taken into consideration by a team or two.

Jordon Tammu I can see getting picked up. I hate to say that because I loved him in the Battlehawks but he earned his spot. But there will be different QB available but hard to replace guys like Walker and Jordon.

PJ Walker signs with the Panthers. Good for him, dude was stellar this year. That didn't take long. Good for walker it's unfortunate he couldn't finish what he started with the roughnecks but got to roll with the punches. I wonder how much they signed him for

It's sad to see the league go again (for now).

So I assume that these signings are a positive for the league.

Dude is still like only 23 and as much shit as I've given Andy Reid over the years he does a hell of a job with QB. Obviously Mahomes is the starter for awhile, but if the Cheifs have shit locked up by the end of the season throw Ta'amu in there or any garbage time with a big lead. Keep Mahomes save and develop Jordan through limited play if possible and holding the clipboard for a couple years.

I kinda actually feel bad for Vince on this one. I was prepared for this to fail and to bask in the schadenfreude but it seemed like he actually learned a lesson from the first time. Shame it's probably doomed again, this time for reasons entirely out of his control.

I don't see how this is sustainable
