I remember renting this particular movie a couple times, and I agree it was very underrated. Norm's next movie, with Dave Chappelle, was not nearly as funny.

The one part I remember liking is when they're in a car chase, and the back window is being shot out, and Chappelle and McDonald aren't reacting at all. I thought that was hilarious. |
