I can only roll my eyes so hard when I hear the "yeah but's" from Jackson apologists. They can say what they want about Hue but imo he shouldn't have been allowed to keep his job coming into this season after only 1 win
He was always going to be a lame duck coach and keeping him around to only fire him will slow down the development of Mayfield as you're forcing him to learn another coach playbook
"Potential" doesn't last long in the NFL and can fade away just as fast as you got it (see Oakland).
Yeah, and I've never heard an argument to the contrary that didn't reek of horseshit. Unless you're fielding a team comprised entirely of undrafted free agents and your starting QB is your punter, you should never be brought back after going 1 and f***ing 31.

Even when you have an understanding that you have a bad team and you are allowed some leadway because the team isn't good, 1 win is inexcusable for a pro football team in 2 years

WTF did the Browns just do? Win. I know..it's weird as shit. Even as a Browns fan, I find it hard to believe sometimes. As an England football team fan I completely understand being mystified when my team is actually good.

Colts may take that but Ravens got 2 winnable games of their last 3 against the Browns and Bucs My first instinct is Indy, but I haven't looked at the schedule or tie-breaker scenarios. Baltimore is interesting; I wonder if Flacco takes his starting job back or they finish out with Lamar.

Lamar has kept them into games but they don’t seem to trust him with throws at the end of games Flacco should get it back since he has the playoff experience but there is no questions teams are having a hard time containing Lamar and his legs which helps the offense

That said, I'd probably go with Flacco as well.
