There's more to a truly bad cross-over than just putting two bad things together. The Marvel superheroes/Attack on Titan cross-over wasn't bad because either of those things are particularly bad, but because the way the whole thing was set-up just didn't give either properties the ability to shine or play off of eachother in interesting ways. Titans invading Marvel New York isn't as scary as titans attacking the humans in Attack on Titan because the titans aren't a credible threat in a world full of superheroes who put down much more dangerous monsters and villains all the time and the Marvel heroes don't get to make witty banter or put their personalities on display against the titans cause the titans are just mindless zombies basically and don't react to anything.
So in the spirit of that failure I'm gonna pitch a cross-over between two things that I like that sounds awesome at first until you actually think about it: The X-Men and My Hero Academia. Let's say the Scarlet Witch or something has another reality-bending tantrum like with House of M and all the X-Men are transported to My Hero Academia's version of Japan. For plot reasons they still have their boarding school, they still do their whole thing of mutant acceptance and support and we are the next stage in evolution, we want to be respected, bla bla bla. Only in a world where mutant powers aren't just normalised but celebrated to the point where being a superhero is a legit career move, suddenly the X-Men with their little no-normies-allowed boarding school shut off from public view and more importantly recruiting teenagers into basically Xavier's private militia, suddenly they're just questionable, or anti-heroes, they're *assholes*. To the UA students or Japanese hero society they would certainly look like another League of Villains in the making. Nobody comes out looking good, nobody learns anything, I guess the fight scenes would be pretty badass but only until you remember that Xavier basically has blanket mind control (which to my knowledge nobody MHA could counter, someone who's up to date on the manga correct me if I'm wrong) so you get robbed even of that.

Jim Carrey meets Adam Sandler. . To be honest, I'm still surprised they never appeared in the same film.
