Ziggler's headed for jobbertown. Right now he's just waiting for Finn to polish him off like he did Goldust last year. They've stopped investing in Ziggler in any meaningful way.

I just want them to turn him into Elias, except he does a bad stand up routine instead of playing songs before his matches. Is that so much to ask for?
