Why did this NOT become heel heat for JR? He should've been apart of the system that Austin was against.

As proven by Michael Cole in 2010-2013, the play by play man should not be heel. Seriously. That’s supposed to be the guiding voice of your product. You turn him heel, you take away any credibility that voice has. Like, I’m sure a lot of us respect Cole but does anybody on earth believe a word coming out of his mouth 99.99% of the time?
