If he'd just gone for a swanton, dude would have been OK but it looks like he wasn't able to rotate in time for the 450, his legs break the table and he trips forward headfirst.

these marks need to realize WWE and New Japan want wrestlers to be as healthy as possible if they're going to invest in them

Well, at least the fella himself thinks he's fine, so I guess that's good.

Well, at least the fella himself thinks he's fine, so I guess that's good. Depends. If it's a "Okay, I'm fine, but I don't need to take so many risks in the future" situation, then it's good. If it's a "Okay, I'm fine, I'll nail that spot next time" situation, then it's obviously not.

Well, on the one hand he's saying he learned his lesson, and on the other, he's saying this about the Cornettes, Lance Storms, Disco Infernos, etc. who are - rightly - pointing out that doing this kind of stunt is too much risk for little to no reward.

So...he HASN'T learned is lesson is what I'm seeing here. These 'new era' independent wrestlers are just slightly more in-shape Backyard Wrestlers at this point, all of the flashy flippy moves are honestly getting tiresome. I'm not saying they need to stay off the top rope or whatever, but the basics are getting overlooked simply to have a highlight reel on YouTube at this point.

I don't know about him specifically, but I know a lot of guys who were backyard wrestlers who ended up going pro.

Technically had a headlock off the top rope going through a table.
