The RAW post-WM30 is the episode that really comes to mind as one that's a strong show from top to bottom.

I also remember the post-WM28 show with Brock's return and the crowd rebelling against 18 seconds to be a great show top to bottom.

4 of the Top 5 are all After-Mania RAWs and 5th place is the Blizzard RAW.
I guess basically that my favorite RAWs are all the most, well, raw episodes

Also, what is Blizzard Raw? The night after Royal Rumble 2015 where there was a massive blizzard in the city where RAW going to be and they couldn't do a regular show, so they did a whole bunch of interviews and such at the slightly less snowy Titan Towers. (I would have just had Reigns do a lap of the perimeter of the building... His residual heat from winning the Rumble the night earlier would have melted that snow real quick)

5. Post wm 30 raw. The announcers acknowledging the smarky crowd was awesome. Them chanting Michael Cole was hilarious.
4. Nexus invasion. Sigh what could’ve been.
3. Jericho heel turn and transformation into the best there is at what he does.
2. Rock return. Nuff said. Nobody saw it coming. Probably one of the biggest ovations ever. It was the first step in Rock becoming the biggest celebrity in the world, Fast Five came a couple of months later.
1. The Pipebomb. That changed the business and the ramifications are still present to this day.

The first post-Brand Split Raw was pretty good. It's just unfortunate they couldn't maintain that quality.

When did you last watch the Nexus episode? Isn't it widely regarded as terrible before Nexus show up in the main event?

When did you last watch the Nexus episode? Isn't it widely regarded as terrible before Nexus show up in the main event? Wasn't The Pipebomb the same thing; a huge ending to a truly awful episode? The Pipebomb Raw was, for the most part, an uneventful Raw Roulette show with a good Tornado Tag match and an underwhelming Sin Cara vs Evan Bourne match (which was a make good for the Mason Ryan fiasco the previous week).
