Mine are pretty strange. For once, I feel uneasy whenever I see an ant in a place where it shouldn't be. When I was little, I was sitting on the grass with other kids when suddendly I felt a splitting noise inside my head. I jumped up and screamed like I was possessed by the devil, until the educator that was watching us understood what was happening and pulled an ant out of my left ear. Even today, I'm still afraid of possibly living such an experience again. Another thing that scared me (not so much today) was the way videogames were portrayed in '90s cartoons (EDIT: or rather, from cartoons I saw in the '90s) From Spiderman and his Amazing Friends to Ducktales, videogames were always depicted as pixelated deathtraps in which you risk can be sucked in and risk your life if you don't get out on time. Therefore, thanks to those cartoons I was scared as hell of videogames... but only those with 8-bit graphics and huge pixels. You can imagine my reaction when some years ago Disney revealed the teaser poster for Wreck-It Ralph

Cotton Balls terrify me.
Just seeing a bag of them makes my spine shiver. Touching them is hell. Feels like a ball of needles. I got kicked out of a 3rd grade art class because I cried when we had to make a cottonball-glued-to-construction-paper art project.

Over the past few years; I’ve developed a fear of giant statues. I don’t know exactly what it is about them. Maybe it’s the never changing face. Maybe it’s the huge, dead eyes. But they creep me out.

Handling it, hearing the sound it makes when it's rubbed together. Ugh As for fears, Hmm, I have a fear of deep water and bridges. Never learned to swim so..

Clusters of tiny holes. Honey combs make me anxious. I've heard of this before, they equated it with 'a thousand eyes looking at you'. For me, it's not a fear but I just can't look away... low clouds. Especially when you can see them move. In my mind, it's like seeing a giant ship floating in the air.

I watched a random YouTube video about this earlier this month. Of course I cant remember the specifics, but it said the fear also had evolutionary origins. For me, I'm terrified of octopuses and squid. Especially octopuses. You can see those little bastards come on to land and take small animals back down into the water and kill them.

I'm terrified of talking on the phone. I go to some pretty extreme lengths to avoid taking on the phone at all costs. I've driven to a person's house to tell them something in person rather than talk to them on the phone.

Eating food past its expiration date. I HAVE to look at the date of something before I eat it just out of fear alone.

Walking under old fire escapes. Like, the rusty ones with the ladder just dangling beneath.

Windows at night. I blame Amityville Horror. When I go to open or close a window, or blinds/curtains at night I am always petrified there will be someone-or some THING looking back in at me,
