I'm just going to say it Penn needs to retire. He's getting to Ken Shamrock levels right now. He's not strong enough, fast enough, and he doesn't have good enough reflexes to make it anymore. He's still an elite Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, he could train people. But right now people aren't seeing an all time great they're seeing a shell of his former self.
It's heart breaking
