With 1 year left this decade, that won't be enough time for someone new to the company to make an impact. Looking at the previous DVD's, 80s, 90s, and 00s, who would make this list?
Locks:
John Cena Randy Orton Brock Lesnar Undertaker Daniel Bryan CM Punk AJ Styles Dean Ambrose Roman Reigns Seth Rollins
Borderline:
New Day Miz Dolph Ziggler Jeff Hardy (Inactive for more than half the decade) Rey Mysterio (Also inactive for more than half the decade) Sheamus Cesaro
Women's:
Becky Lynch Charlotte AJ Lee Nikki Bella Natalya Sasha Banks Bayley Alexa Bliss Paige Asuka Ronda Rousey (1 Year, but WWE will do everything to ensure she's one of the decade's biggest stars)

Can't really argue with those picks.

The New Day are an absolute lock. They've put on some great matches, have been consistently over as heels and faces since the first heel turn, moved a metric ton of merchandise and helped expand the company's idea of what to do with social media/online content. All this after having their careers put in jeopardy with how lame and out of touch the initial pitch they were given and having to turn the entire thing around themselves.
Just because we get the odd "Ugh, pancakes?" thread around here shouldn't diminish just how amazingly successful their act has been.

New Day is, IMO, the most successful tag team since the Hardyz/Dudleyz/E&C.
As for the list, I agree with the locks. I think Sheamus should be on there. He's a multi-time world champion and, despite what many think, was a decent draw. Miz as well.
I think NXT as a whole will get a mention for being revolutionary.
Depending on what he does next year, Kevin Owens could make the list.

Someone could still get called up and have a first year on the same level as Kurt Angle did in his first 12 months on the WWE roster.

Though it was only really three matches (plus a squash) - I suppose the Rock should arguably be on the list as well. Given how huge the comeback once in a lifetime match was I think there is a strong argument - and it was built for a year.
Good list though and not to many more I would add. Agree the New Day are also locks, and Jericho should be added.

I'd add the Usos, Miz and New Day to the locks category. I also think Beth Phoenix deserves consideration for the women's.

Checking out the older lists, ultimate warrior isn't on the 80s or 90s ones. I know he was at odds with wwe for a long time but that is a glaring omission. Any others you can think of?
